Marie-Léandre
Gomez
est
professeur
associée,
département
Comptabilité-Contrôle de gestion de l'ESSEC. Ses recherches portent sur
les dynamiques d'apprentissage et l'usage des instruments de gestion sur
l'activité. Ses deux principaux projets de recherche actuels portent sur
'impact du Michelin sur la créativité des chefs étoilés et sur l'usage des
indicateurs de qualité et sécurité des soins par les médecins et soignants
dans les hôpitaux.
Marie-Léandre Gomez enseigne dans les programmes Grande Ecole / Ms in
Management, des programmes de formation permanente et le PhD. Elle est
directrice académique (avec Gérard de Pouvourville) de Management
Général Hospitalier. De 2013 à 2016, elle a été coordinatrice de l'équipe de
contrôle de gestion, et de 2014 à 2016 membre élu du Sénat des
professeurs, du comité académique, du comité déontologique et de la
Commission d'Evaluation Académique de l'ESSEC.
