Accounts Executive
Mission
To provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate
payment of accounts under his or her control.
Reporting
Accountant
Duties and repsonsibilities
1. Accounting
• Account receivables
• Account payables
• Staff reimbursement claims.
• Respond to Client/Vendor queries.
• Assist in month-end closing: Prepayments, Accruals, Depreciation, Petty cash, cash book,
bank/intercompany/supplier reconciliation.
2. Quarterly filing
• Prepare and file GST returns
• Survey report for Statistic Department
3. Maintain files and documentation accurately.
Requirements

At least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent, LCCI or ACCA
1-2 years of relevant experience in similar positon
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Sage X3 is preferable
Good knowledge of Singapore Accounting Standards
Organised, meticulous and proactive
Good level of proficiency in written and oral English
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Prior experience in education sector is preferable
