Description du poste Summary: the Flower boutique Store manager is responsible for managing our Flower
boutique, by managing staff, creating and guiding staff in floral arrangements, greeting
and providing over- expectation service to customers.
Major responsibilities
1.Create floral arrangements
-Deeply understand flowers and plants, their smells, colors…. Know how to care and feed
cut flowers to make them last longer.
-Master the meaning of each flower and plant. Able to explain the message of your
bouquet to customers following their demand and needs.
-Design and provide frame ideas for floral arrangements for different occasions such as
wedding, baby shower, birthday, gift….
-Have creative mindset to make original bouquets with different color mixing, tones,
shapes…
2.Take care of customer service
-Greet and ascertain customers’ demands.
-Able to guess customers’ need even when they do not have a precise idea and suggest
floral arrangement which attracts immediately customers’ attention.
-Able to define adequate pricing for each customer by observing their appearance,
attitude…
3.Manage boutique and staff
-Choose flowers to make weekly or special flower order.
-Ensure the role of Store manager by managing staff’s working plan, clock- in and clockout data…
-Train and coach boutique’s staff
-Make periodic and special reports when needed.

Description du profil Requirements
-Diploma in Floral arrangement is appreciated but not compulsory
-Have passion for flowers and plants. Love to try different mix to have unexpected results
-At least 5 years’ experience in the field
-Have modern and good taste. Able to make luxury bouquet
-Able to bring something original and beautiful into Vietnamese market
-Experience with famous brands or companies in flower arrangement is an advantage
-Excellent communication skill. Excellent service mindset
-Able to communicate in English/ French or Vietnamese
