Description de la mission The position will directly report to the European Purchasing Manager
The Quality Manager is responsible for supporting successful execution of procurement,
commissary and stores compliance programs specific to Domino's pizza to ensure quality and
food safety throughout.
Provides technical and solution focused support to operations by providing leadership in quality
enhancement, operations communications and program improvements.
Develop and lead tracking and communication on key store operations food safety indicators
through the quality control plan, review and audit.
Lead and manage food safety and quality compliance and issue resolution with of operations,
commissary and procurement.
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in these areas and develop solutions with
cross-functional teams to ensure quality and safety standards.
Manage QA, Customer complaint, and resolution of supplier issues(Provide technical support
to Commissary and Operations,(Training and Marketing in regulatory quality assurance
standards, operations procedures and food safety requirements.(
Takes an active leadership role in cross-functional teams as the DP Quality Manager(
Support growth and development of direct reports through coaching and assigned projects,
building leadership skills.
Provide peer coaching and support in a teamwork environment.(Acts as the representative of
DP with national and local Food safety authorities
The job will be based in Issy les Moulineaux with frequent travel across France, Belgium and
the Netherlands

. 5+ years of food safety or quality assurance management experience
· Demonstrated ability to understand the fundamental principles of food safety, including
HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety audit...
· Experience in the area of foodservice is preferred(
· Strong project management, communication (verbal and written), and computer data analysis
skills required
· Able to influence internal and external stakeholders to advance food safety standards and
practices
· Strong skills in in collaboration and teamwork within a multicultural organization
· French and English fluent, Flemish as a plus(
· Willing to travel
