INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MANAGER

Specialist in the health and nutrition sector, present in more than 50 markets thanks to our
continued innovation, our company would like to strengthen our science department.
We have created an Intellectual Property Manager position to support our strong annual growth of
more than 30% to 40%
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the freedom to operate and the patentability of the innovations proposed by the R & D
department in different countries;
- Write patent applications;
- Follow up on the reviewal of applications until they are secured;
- Follow up on the opposition proceedings (defensive or offensive);
- Analyse the patents lodged by competitors (competitive intelligence) and study the various
publications in order to advise the Management, R&D and Marketing department on certain barriers
and opportunities.
Requirements:
With a Bachelor and Masters in medicine or science (nutrition, food, biology etc.) plus additional
training in intellectual property (ideally with a CEIPI status), you have at least 3 years’ experience in a
similar role. An ability to converse on scientific and technical matters in a variety of disciplines with
investigators, outside counsel and non-scientific staff; an ability to exhibit independent thought,
decision-making negotiation and excellent communication skills; plus mastery of the English language
are all requirements for this position.

plus de 50 marchés, nous souhaitons renforcer notre département scientifique.
Nous créons un poste de Responsable Propriété Intellectuelle pour accompagner notre forte
croissance annuelle de plus de 20 à 30%.
Rattaché au service scientifique, vous mettez en oeuvre
la stratégie de Propriété Intellectuelle définie avec la
Direction Générale et notamment, vous
- Analysez la liberté d'exploitation et la brevetabilité
des innovations proposées par les services de R&D en
France et dans différents pays
- Rédigez des demandes de brevets
- Suivez les procédures d'examen de demande de
brevet jusqu'à la délivrance
- Suivez les procédures d'opposition (défensives ou
offensives)
- Analysez les brevets déposés par les entreprises
concurrentes (veille concurrentielle) et étudiez les
différentes publications en vue d'informer sur les
barrières et les opportunités la direction, l'équipe R&D,
le service marketing
De formation supérieure (bac + 5) médicale ou scientifique (nutrition, agro-alimentaire, biologie
...)avec une formation complémentaire en propriété
intellectuelle (idéalement titulaire du CEIPI), vous
bénéficiez d'une expérience similaire de 3 ans
minimum.
Vous êtes d'un esprit rigoureux et synthétique ; la
maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable pour réussir dans
cette fonction.
Poste évolutif, dans un environnement international et
dynamique.
