l Precise control of dough-ball size (40 to 250 grams) using photo sensors, in addition to the
restriction rings.

Compact line is the latest and smallest invention of Bimatic
Company to produce the Lebanese / Pita Bread. It is economical and
does not require a large space. As for its productive capacity, it
varies between 500 to 600 loafs per hour, with a diameter of 15 cm
and between 900 to 1000 loafs with a diameter of 40 cm. This
device is adopted for supermarkets, big restaurants and small
bakeries.
