Machine to laminate and mould dough balls.
Weight from 50 to 1000 grs (*)
Maximum length of the moulded dough balls : 600mm (*)
Production rate : up to 2000 pieces per hour depending on the dough ball weight (*).

FEATURES
Secured charging hopper with adjustable section :
 Allows to adjust perfectly where the dough balls
will fall : in the middle of the laminating rolls.
4 laminating rolls :
 Allows a progressive lamination without stress of
the dough.
 Allows to laminate all types of doughs including
hard doughs.
First laminating rolls are ribbed :
 Ensures the dough goes in correctly at the entrance of the moulder.
Independant setting of the laminating rolls an of
the stretching plate :
 Extremeley precise & reliable settings to adapt to
all needs and ensures the recipes can be repeated over and over again with the same precision :
The gap of the pairs of rolls can be adjusted
The height of the elongating plate can be adjusted
The pinch strenght of the elongating plate can be
adjusted.
Elongating plate and calibrating guides :
 The under side has 2 double V’s to help the flow
of the dough and therefore facilitate the elongation in a cylinder shape.
 The guides allow the calibrated moulding of the
straight ends in order to put in moulds for
exemple.
Laminating hopper side panels are see through :
 Eye control when the dough ball comes in
 Eye control of the lamination
Reception shelf topping is made of Teflon :
 Stops the breads sticking when coming out.
 Prevents from deformation when manual work
afterwards.
