Merge Maxx 300 Series
The Kuhn Merge Maxx 300 series belt merger is the
choice of forage producers seeking high performance and
a user-friendly machine. The Merge Maxx features a wide
pickup and a belt cross conveyor which can be easily shifted
for ideal windrow placement. High-quality hay is ensured
by gentle handling, minimal leaf loss, and a fluffy windrow
for better harvesting. Quickly merge two swaths into one
in a single pass, or merge three swaths into one in two
passes with ease. The new Merge Maxx belt merger is a cost
effective hay tool that helps make your forage crop operation
more productive while lowering costs.

rows, shift the conveyor, and engage the
optional extension, all conveniently from
the tractor seat.

 The Merge Maxx 300 belt merger 



Fast

Effective
Hay
Merging!
features a simple drawbar for fast attachment without cumbersome
hitch extensions.
Standard self-contained hydraulic drive attaches directly to the tractor PTO and allows the merger to be operated by most tractors, regardless of hydraulic capacities.
The hydraulic swing tongue allows the unit to be operated directly behind the tractor or positioned to the right, keeping tractor tires off the hay and improving visibility.
The 15° angled conveyor provides a seamless transition as crop comes off the pickup. This allows the full capacity of the belt to be utilized in addition to naturally inverting the crop upon discharge.
The conveyor belt is self cleaning and requires no tracking adjustment. The quick-release tensioning system simplifies storage and maintenance.

Variable Speed Pickup
The dual cam design with reinforced
five-bar reel and sealed cam followers
withstands the heaviest loads. A wind
guard provides uniform feeding and
smooth crop flow to the conveyor.
The floating pickup assembly follows the
terrain, supported by large-diameter
gauge wheels that set the pickup height.
This maintains tine height so valuable
forage is picked up and the crop stubble
is protected.
The optional conveyor extension allows
operation with mower conditioner widths
up to 18'. The extension automatically
disengages when folded, while the main
conveyor continues to operate.
