You can help the poor and homeless simply by collecting & donating plastic grocery bags, milk & Windsor Star blue bags. A local woman recycles these bags to make purses, mats & over the shoulder bags which she donates to the homeless shelter. To make one mat which provides comfort for one person about 800 bags are required. Please place your excess plastic bags in the marked box under the table in the hall foyer. While Jesus’ words in the Gospel might sound harsh, they come from Christ’s deep desire that we be with Him forever. We need to remove from our lives all the obstacles that get in the way of that relationship with Him. Removing the barriers that stand in the way of having a closer relationship with Jesus requires placing our trust and faith firmly in Him. 26e dimanche du temps ordinaire: L’Esprit de Dieu est libre. Nous avons reçu 33,600$ jusqu'à date et nous continuons d’encourager ceux et celles qui n’ont pas encore contribué à s’engager à ce projet en mémoire des défunt(e)s. Ce nouveau pont sera utilisé par nos descendants pour plusieurs années. Tous sont invités de se rassembler au cimetière aujourd’hui, dimanche le 27 septembre à 12h30 pour un service de prières bilingue en honneur des personnes qui ont été inhumées dans le cimetière dans les derniers deux ans. Un rappel que vous devez entrer par la rue Elm, il y a ample stationnement dans le cimetière et nous vous encourageons d’apporter une chaise pour vous assoir.
