In order to improve the quality of its services, Electronic Box will start billing its services 3 weeks in advance.
This important change in your billing cycle means that we will charge 2 times (only during the month of March) to adjust with the new billing convention. Your regular March invoice will be dated 1 March 2011 and your April invoice will be sent on 7 March 2011 (3 weeks in advance). See the calendar of payment below if your account is paid by PAD (pre­authorized debit against a bank account). If your account is paid using a credit card, you will notice 2 charges during the month of March.

Important modifications to the cancellation policy.
In the event you would have to cancel your service with us, our cancellation policy will slightly
change to adapt with the new billing policy. We will now require one month notice to cancel a
service. This will be effective 1 March 2011.

afin d'améliorer la qualité de ses services, Electronic Box va facturer votre compte 3 semaines à l'avance.
Ceci voudra dire que nous allons facturer 2 fois durant le mois de mars 2011. Votre facture courante sera transmise le 1ier mars comme à l'habitude et votre facture d'avril 2011 sera transmise 3 semaines avant le début du mois de avril (soit le 7 Mars 2011). Svp vérifier le calendrier de paiement si votre compte est sur PPA (paiement pré­autorisé sur un compte de banque). Si votre compte est payé par carte de crédit, vous remarquerez une double charge sur votre carte de crédit durant le mois de mars.

Modification importante à notre politique d'annulation.
Si vous désirez annuler un abonnement avec nous, notre politique d'annulation sera modifiée
légèrement pour être adaptée au système de facturation prépayé. Nous allons maintenant
demander 1 mois d'avis pour annuler un service. Ceci sera effectif le 1ier mars 2011.
