la transformation de l'Alliance en un modèle
d'organisation moderne et active, propre à la
Silicon Valley - une direction solidement établie

Learn and practice French on our campus!
French classes for the winter session 2016 are posted, you can register now.
Palo Alto campus and Campbell campus will start the French classes of the winter session
respectively January 4th and January 11th. Each school offer classes for all levels,
students can know nothing at all or be mostly fluent.
Through a free placement test, each one chooses the class which fits best. When a doubt
arises, there is always the possibility to transfer to another class after one or two
classes. Classes are small, an average size of 5-7 students. The students know each
other, support, and encourage the efforts of their fellow learners.
Classes are for adults and teens 13+, and are at night after 7:00pm, so students have time
to arrive after work. A detailed program for each class is posted on the website afscv.org.
Palo Alto campus offer specifics workshops in French for fluent French speakers. This
winter, you can discover the French Revolution, get a New Look at l'Etranger by Albert
Camus, understand the Influence of French Civilization on the world, and look at the
French Language through Ages and Places.
We will be happy to welcome you as a student!

Cercle de lecture (Book Club In French)
Nous nous réunirons au Boulanger de Los Gatos le jeudi 28
janvier à 16h pour discuter le livre autobiographique de Maryse
Condé
"La vie sans fards". 2012- 284 pages.
Les membres du cercle de lecture connaissent bien Maryse
Condé. Dans ce dernier livre elle raconte son parcours de la
Guadeloupe à Paris puis en Afrique.
