Therefore, this amending by-law is also deemed to be repealed.

BY-LAW NO. 7290/98
A By-law of THE CITY OF WINNIPEG to
amend the Amusement Tax By-law No.
3107/81.
THE CITY OF WINNIPEG, in Council assembled, enacts as follows:
1.
Schedule “E” to By-law No. 3107/81 is amended by adding the following at the end of
the list of exemptions contained therein:

The following performances to be held by Le Cercle Molière as part of their
1998-99 Season:
a)
“Sept étages, sept histoires’ on October 13 to 31, 1998 at Théâtre La
Chapelle at 825, rue Saint-Joseph;
b)
“Les Guerriers” on November 17 to December 5, 1998 at Théâtre La
Chapelle at 825, rue Saint-Joseph;
c)
“La Jalousie du Barbouillé et Le Médecin volant” on December 1 to 11,
1998 at salle Pauline- Boutal;
d)
“Laurie ou la vie de galerie” on January 12 to 30, 1999 at Théâtre La
Chapelle at 825, rue Saint-Joseph;
e)

The following productions to be held by The Winnipeg Philharmonic Choir as

Music as part of its 1998/99 Concerts:

to be held by Manitoba Choral Association on September 17, 1998 at
Westminster United Church.
