(a) In this by-law "Council of the Band" means the council established pursuant to Section 74 of the Indian Act. (b) In this by-law "Reserve" means a tract of land, the legal title to which is vested in Her Majesty, that has been set apart by Her Majesty for the use and benefit of a band. 2. No person shall operate a motor vehicle on the following roads at a rate of speed in excess of that indicated; - From the Pine Point junction to the corner entering the new sub division. The medium speed limit shall be 90 kmh. - And from the corner entering the new sub-division to the end of the highway in the Old Village. The maximum speed shall be 50 kmh. 3. Signs to this effect shall be posted in accordance with standard procedures and regulations of the N.W.T. vehicle ordinance.
