Pursuant to section 106 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007, I hereby amend the Minister’s Order
establishing the WaterWolf Planning District dated June 11, 2010, as hereinafter set forth:
Termination of Affiliation of Municipality
The Village of Riverhurst has applied to terminate its affiliation in the WaterWolf Planning District. Having
fulfilled the requirements of section 13 of the WaterWolf Planning District Agreement for termination, I
hereby order that:
1. the affiliation of the Village of Riverhurst (Bylaw No. 2009-02) with the WaterWolf Planning District be
terminated; and
2. there are no assets or liabilities to distribute between the Village of Riverhurst and the remaining affiliated
municipalities.

June, 2015, passed a Special Resolution authorizing the voluntary dissolution of the said co-operative under
the provisions of The Co-operatives Act, 1996, and the resolution was approved July 8, 2015, by the Registrar
of Co-operatives, pursuant to section 161 of the Act.
Further take notice that Cal Shaw of Semans SK was appointed Liquidator and hereby serves notice to any
person indebted to the co-operative to make payment to the Liquidator, and any person possessing property
of the co-operative to deliver it to the Liquidator within 30 days of this notice. Additionally, persons having
claims against the co-operative are hereby notified that such claims, accompanied by proof of claim, must be
filed with the Liquidator within two months of the date of this notice after which time the property of the
co-operative will be distributed in accordance with the resolution to dissolve, having regard to the claims of
which the Liquidator has notice.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, effective immediately, pursuant to subsection 20(2) of The Highways and
Transportation Act, 1997, the Minister establishes a no parking zone by erecting official signs stating that
parking is prohibited within the following boundaries:
• on the south side of Provincial Highway No. 20 from its intersection with James St. to a point 120 m
east of its intersection with James St. in the town of Lumsden.

Village of Beatty
Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the Village of Beatty for the year 2015 has been prepared
and is open to inspection in the office of the assessor, by appointment, from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday evenings,
July 26 to August 25, 2015.
A bylaw pursuant to section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have
been sent as required.
Any person who wishes to appeal against his or her assessment or classification to the Board of Revision is
required to file his or her notice of appeal with: The Assessor, Village of Beatty, Box 60, Beatty SK S0J 0C0,
by the 25th day of August, 2015.

Northern Municipal Trust Account
Pursuant to section 440 of The Northern Municipalities Act, 2010, notice is hereby given that the assessment roll
for the Northern Municipal Trust Account for the year 2015 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the
office of the assessor, Mistasinihk Place, 1328 La Ronge Ave., La Ronge SK, from 8 a.m to noon and 1 to 5 p.m.,
on the following days: Monday to Friday, July 23 to August 17, excluding statutory holidays.
Any person who wishes to appeal against his or her assessment or classification to the Board of Revision is
required to file his or her notice of appeal with: The Secretary of the Board of Revision, Northern Municipal
Trust Account, Ministry of Government Relations, Box 5000, La Ronge SK S0J 1L0, by the 17th day of

the week of publication. If a holiday occurs within the week of publication, the deadline is set back to 5 p.m.
of the previous Friday. Please allow yourself at least one full week to ensure mail delivery of Gazette
submissions. Publication of any material received late will be delayed until the following week’s issue.
All material for publication in The Saskatchewan Gazette must be submitted electronically (MS Word
or WordPerfect) accompanied by a signed hard copy to the Office of the Queen’s Printer, Saskatchewan
Justice, B19-3085 Albert St., Regina SK S4S 0B1, tel. (306)787-2367, or by E-mail: [email protected].
Each document or disk must be complete in the form required for publication and must be separate from
the covering letter. Signatures on all documents must be typewritten or clearly printed immediately below
the written signatures.
Prepayment is required for ALL notices placed in The Saskatchewan Gazette by non-government clients.
Cheques or money orders must be made payable to the Queen’s Printer Revolving Fund. Please include the
GST in addition to regular charges at the rate of 5% each for those items listed below under “GST Payable”.
The minimum charge for publication of notices not specified below is $16.00 for each notice, which
sum shall accompany the material when forwarded for publication.
