correction order — regarding the alteration of boundaries between the town
of martensville and the rural municipality of corman park no. 344
It has been determined that the Order regarding the alteration of boundaries between the Town of Martensville
and the Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344 contained an omission.
Pursuant to section 64 of The Municipalities Act:
1 No misnomer, misdescription or omission in an order made pursuant to section 63 suspends or impairs
in any way the operation of this Act with respect to the matter misnamed, misdescribed or omitted, and
the minister may, by order, correct that matter at any time.
2 A correction order made pursuant to subsection (1):
(a) is effective on the date specified in the correcting order;
(b) may be retroactive to the date of the original order.
AS SUCH, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The omission contained in the order regarding the alteration of boundaries between the Town of Martensville
and the Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344 is corrected by replacing Schedule B as attached.
This Order shall be retroactive to March 9, 2009.

Branch, 2nd flr., 2101 Scarth Street, Regina SK S4P 2H9, bids and offers to purchase certain Crown
Petroleum and Natural Gas Rights being offered for disposition.

Appointment of Returning Officers
Section 9 of The Election Act, 1996 provides, as follows:
9(6) If a returning officer dies, is absent or is unable or unwilling to perform his or her responsibilities,
the Chief Electoral Officer may cancel that returning officer’s appointment and appoint another voter
residing in the constituency as the returning officer.
Pursuant to section 9 of The Election Act, 1996, the Chief Electoral Officer cancels the appointment of the
returning officers for the following constituency, listed below in Schedule I, and appoints a returning officer to

Establishment of A Speed Zone — provincial Highway NO. 37
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, effective immediately, pursuant to section 20.1 of The Highways and
Transportation Act, 1997, the Minister establishes a speed zone under Schedule A by erecting official signs
stating the speed limit at the following location:
• 100 km/hr on Provincial Highway No. 37 from a point 0.45 km north of its east junction with Provincial
Highway No. 18 to a point 12.88 km north of its east junction with Provincial Highway No. 18.

The Traffic Safety Act

the Rural Muncipality of Swift Current No. 137 — A Bylaw
to Regulate the Speed of Motor Vehicles
Bylaw No. 16-2009. The Council of the Rural Muncipality of Swift Current No. 137, in the Province of
Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1 In this Bylaw the expression:
(a) “public highway” shall have the meaning ascribed to it by The Highways and Transportation
Act, 1997, but shall not included a provincial highway as designated pursuant to such Act;
(b) “motor vehicle” shall have the meaning ascribed to it by The Traffic Safety Act.
2 No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a greater speed than 60 km/hr on a public highway at the
following locatons within the Rural Municipality of Swift Current No. 137:
(a) Tait Drive; Oxbow Drive; Valley View Drive; Valley View Road.
3 Signs indicating the maximum speed allowed shall be erected on all the aformentioned roads within the
R.M. of Swift Current No. 137 and shall be placed at the point of entry or commencement of the speed zone
areas.
4 Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this bylaw is guilty of an offence and liable on summary
conviction to the penalties provided in the general penalty bylaw of this municipality.
Certified a true copy of a Bylaw passed by the Council of the R.M. of Swift Current No. 137 at a duly assembled
Council meeting held this 11th day of August, 2009.
