The Municipalities Act
[sections 53, 56, 57, 59, 61, 62 and 63]

ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES – BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF KENOSEE LAKE AND
THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF WAWKEN NO. 93
1 Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Village of Kenosee
Lake has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Government Relations.
2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will
be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant
to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that:
(a) the boundaries of the Village of Kenosee Lake and the Rural Municipality of Wawken No. 93 be altered
by withdrawing from the rural municipality and adding to the village the territory described in Schedule A;
(b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Village of Kenosee
Lake; and
(c) the alteration shall take effect on and from the date of this Order.

SCHEDULE A
The boundaries of the Village of Kenosee Lake are altered by adding to the Village and withdrawing from the
Rural Municipality of Wawken No. 93 the territory lying within:
Section 24, Township 10, Range 3 West of the Second Meridian and described as:
(a) all that portion of Parcel Y, Plan No. 102045169.
Unless otherwise specified, the sections and portions of sections described in the above schedules include
the adjoining south and west road allowances, intersections thereof and widenings thereto by plan of survey.
For description purposes, the land acquired by plan of survey for widening to an adjoining road allowance is
deemed to be part of the road allowance.
The said plans of survey are on record with Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan.

SCHEDULE B
The boundaries of the Village of Kenosee Lake shall comprise the territory in the Province of Saskatchewan
in the Dominion of Canada lying within:
Township 10, Range 3 West of the Second Meridian and described as:
(1) All that portion of the south-east quarter of Section 24 lying north of the southern boundaries of Lake

REGULATORY BYLAW AMENDMENTS – CORRECTION NOTICE
The following notice as it appeared in the June 15, 2016 issue of The Saskatchewan Gazette is
hereby republished in its corrected form:
Under authority of clauses 14(2)(a.1) and (hh), and in accordance with subsection 15(1) of The
Pharmacy and Pharmacy Disciplines Act, the regulatory bylaws of the Saskatchewan College of
Pharmacy Professionals are amended as follows:
Delete the title to section 9 of PART K which reads “Minor Ailments Prescribing” and replace it with
the title to read “Minor Ailments and Self-care Prescribing”.

NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS
PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for submissions to The Saskatchewan Gazette is 5 p.m. on the Monday of
the week of publication. If a holiday occurs within the week of publication, the deadline is set back to 5 p.m.
of the previous Friday. Please allow yourself at least one full week to ensure mail delivery of Gazette
submissions. Publication of any material received late will be delayed until the following week’s issue.
All material for publication in The Saskatchewan Gazette must be submitted electronically (MS Word
or WordPerfect) accompanied by a signed hard copy to the Office of the Queen’s Printer, Saskatchewan
Justice, B19-3085 Albert St., Regina SK S4S 0B1, tel. (306)787-2367, or by E-mail: [email protected].
Each document or disk must be complete in the form required for publication and must be separate from
the covering letter. Signatures on all documents must be typewritten or clearly printed immediately below
the written signatures.
Prepayment is required for ALL notices placed in The Saskatchewan Gazette by non-government clients.
Cheques or money orders must be made payable to the Queen’s Printer Revolving Fund. Please include the
GST in addition to regular charges at the rate of 5% each for those items listed below under “GST Payable”.
The minimum charge for publication of notices not specified below is $16.00 for each notice, which
sum shall accompany the material when forwarded for publication.
