Initiative ciblée pour les travailleurs âgés
Targeted Initiative for Older Workers
SI vous êtes sans emploi, âgés de 55 à 64 ans.
SI vous n’avez pas toutes les compétences
nécessaires pour occuper un emploi.
SI une certification pourrait vous aider à obtenir le
poste de votre choix.
ALORS, le programme d’Initiative ciblée pour les
travailleurs âgés (ICTA) peut vous aider à accroître
votre employabilité et vous aider à obtenir de la
formation ou une certification.
Comment fonctionne l’initiative?
Emploi Ontario propose toute une gamme de
programmes et de services visant à aider les
Ontariennes et Ontariens à trouver un emploi,
notamment de l'orientation professionnelle, des
ateliers de rédaction de curriculum vitæ, de l'aide à
la recherche d'emploi et des programmes de
subvention salariale.
À qui s'adresse-t-elle?
L'Initiative vient en aide aux travailleuses et
travailleurs qui :
 sont âgés de 55 à 64 ans;
 sont sans emploi;
 sont légalement autorisés à travailler au
Canada;
 n'ont pas les compétences nécessaires pour
occuper un nouvel emploi.
IF you are unemployed, aged 55 to 64 years.
IF you do not have all the skills necessary for
employment.
IF a certification could help you get the job of
your choice.
THEN, the Targeted Initiative Program for Older
Workers (TIOW) can help you increase your
employability and help you get training or
certification.
How does the initiative work?
Employment Ontario offers a variety of
programs and services to help Ontarians find
jobs, including career counseling, workshops
resume writing, help with job search and wage
subsidy programs.
Who is eligible?
The Initiative helps workers who:
 are aged 55 to 64 years;
 are unemployed;
 are legally entitled to work in Canada;
 do not have the skills needed for new
jobs.
