dermo-cosmetics, to consumer health care (family health care, oral care and natural health). In 2015, the company dedicated almost 200 million
euros to R&D, shared between oncology, dermatology, the central nervous system, consumer health care and dermo-cosmetics.
Reporting to PF German Pharmaceutical Division, your role will be to support the company’s development and to harmonize the subsidiary’s HR
policy.
In this context, the volunteer will:
- Maintain all kind of request for our tools: budget, reporting, recruitment
- Carry out data entry, transfer and exit reporting
- Organize interviews process in close relation with Operational Managers
- Control candidates reference letters: screen and qualify candidates to present to hiring managers for potential applicants.
- Identify the sourcing tools which best match with the company’ needs.
- Participate in special staffing projects
- Ensure an administrative support for all entries, or maternity leaves or leaves (contract, declarations, etc)
- Work with the Human Resources team to ensure talent acquisition programs and practices are aligned with Group processes.
- Participate to other HR projects
Profile:
- Master’s Degree in HR
- First experience in HR environment
- The volunteer is bilingual/Fluent in German with a strong level of English
- The volunteer is passionate about Human Resources issues, and The volunteer develop serious interest to work in an international scope.
- The volunteer develop good knowledge of German Labor Law and social security issues
- The volunteer can easily work on MS Office and other Software
- The volunteer must be able to work as part of a team and have strong analytical skills. Diplomacy and neutrality will also be the hallmarks of a
successful candidate.
- The volunteer has good communication skills, The volunteer drives projects in the right way and act as a dynamic committed personality.
