REMUNERATION MENSUELLE : 1783€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en fonction
de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)
Poste et missions:
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders by referring to price lists and product literature, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing
daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Responsibility for developing the maximum profitable sales of the company’s products in the assigned territory through full coverage of all contacts
and by becoming a value-added partner to the health care professionals.
- Deliver superior sales speeches to customers by fully planning each call with specific objectives; maintaining the customer’s interest; overcoming
objections positively; reframing product features into customer benefits and the competent use of relevant literature.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Train the POS staff about Esthederm’s products and ethos.
PR Activities :
- Relational: conduct on a quaterly basis the necessary action presentations for highlighting the USP for the brand.
- Institutional: Plan and execute quarterly PR activities with the customers in the objective to build excellent business relationship.
- Events: Share with the colleagues in inviting and sponsoring his HCPs to the international events or local events that NAOS BENELUX is
participating in.
Commercial/ Supply Activities :
- Liaise with the Managers, and supply partners to ensure the good stock management and sales orders for the outlets in the territory.
Training Activities :
- Keep the POS Staff informed on new products thanks to Esthederm marketing support
- Administer training resources in coordination with marketing strategies
- Lead and manage the training programs within the pharmacies.
Administrative/Marketing Activities :
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising
techniques, etc.
- Supply the SFE core reports that reflect the efficiency of his territory management.
- Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits.
Profil:
- Medical knowledge related to the indication.
- Good communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Fluent in French/Flemish. English spoken and written.
- Negotiation, prospecting, selling and training skills.
- Dynamic, self-confident and self-motivated.
- Can work with diversified team/cultures.
- Experience 2-3 years in the medical/pharmaceutical industry.
- Customer Service, closing and territory management skills
