Au mot interrogatif correspond un élément de la réponse.
Les mots d’une question sont toujours dans le même ordre et l’intonation est descendante:

Avec HOW + adjectif ou adverbe on demande de situer quelque chose ou quelqu’un par rapport
à une échelle. Ex : avec HOW TALL on demande de situer quelqu’un sur l’échelle des tailles.
