L'activité proposée est un débat qui conclut un module de 14 semaines centré sur la problématique de la régulation d'Internet.
Ce sujet d'actualité suscite des échanges très vifs parmi nos étudiants, grands utilisateurs du Web, et on peut l'aborder à différents niveaux de technicité.
Le document présente la préparation du débat aux étudiants: plutôt qu'une confrontation entre deux camps adverses, avec des étudiants anti-régulation et
d'autres pro-régulation, (les étudiants ont beaucoup de mal à trouver des arguments en faveur de la régulation), on a préféré une discussion entre
"experts" de différents domaines du Web : j'ai demandé à chacun de choisir un aspect d'Internet et de réfléchir aux effets pervers liés à l'insuffisance d'une
autorité régulatrice. Un petit travail de recherche (sur Internet...) permettant à chaque "expert" d'établir un constat de la situation dans son domaine et de
bâtir un argumentaire équilibré, avec des arguments en faveur d'une réglementation, et des arguments contre, et parfois des propositions intéressantes
quant à des dispositifs envisageables et à leur mise en place.
