Dear Colleagues,
I am honored to have toured your schools since 2004-05 with more than 1200 shows!
You will find in these pages my program for the fall, holiday season 2016, and spring
2017*. *I have been booked in BC this year for the winter Carnaval, but I have many other
great shows for you to choose from. Carnaval with Bonhomme will be back in winter 2018.
For the fall 2016 and sprind 2017, I offer you two shows:
-NEW! Quand je serai grand - Still a kid, an interactive folk workshop-show in which
students grades 4-8 discover more about themselves and their friends, and what it takes to
make one's dream come true.
-Gotta Love that French's Le franco à Gogo, an interactive multimedia show, in which the
students are taken on a genuine French world tour through games, quizzes, dances and
songs. Now touring for more than 10 year!
For the Holiday season 2016, I can bring Santa to your school!
- French seasonal show with Santa brings the real 'Père Noël' in a fun, interactive
multimedia shows with gifts draws and great educational entertainment for an authentic
French cultural experience.

Merci beaucoup pour le spectacle, Franco à Gogo, que tu as présenté à notre école,
École Robert H. Smith School au mois de décembre 2015.
The teachers thought the show was great and interesting. They found it dynamic, fun
and meaningful. You did a great job of modeling and repetition of ensured that all could
understand. Many of the classes listened to the songs ahead of time and were able to
sing along. It was a high energy show and would be recommended to either French
Immersion or Basic French school!

Helene Nicole Richard put on a FANTASTIC French concert at QE Secondary on Friday December 3rd.
Although her audience has primarily been Elementary Schools, she performed infront of grades 8-12 and had
them dancing, singing and completely engaged during the entire show.
If you're looking to motivate kids to take French in grade 9 and/or to continue learning French, definitely book
this woman and her Franco a-Go-Go presentation!

QUAND JE SERAI GRAND - STILL A KID
A workshop in a show!
(Translated from original in French) My dear Hélène Nicole came to sing at my school. She
had my students singing but the most important is that she allowed each to become aware
of their uniqueness and that each can hope to pursue their dream. She also allowed them
to believe that they are all wonderful in their differences!

Quand je serai grand - Still a kid: Show description:
This is a different show, no multimedia, just me, a guitar and great content!
I can perform it in French, bilingual or English. This show is about character building and it
can also be linked to preventing bullying or embracing diversity or simply spreading the
love of self, others and our world.
I will be singing songs that are empowering and comforting, but also inspiring. During this
interactive show, students are asked to create a character from scratch. They bring pencil/
markers and a blank sheet or notebook. There will be a teacher’s guide with activities
before and after this show is presented. There are no lights or big sound effects, and
projecting the lyrics is optional.
Info, technical needs and prices:
Grade 4 and up, 60 minutes - French only, Bilingual or English only.
300 students maximum.
Equipment: Hélène Nicole brings a small sound system, for up to 300 students.
Optional: Schools can choose to project the lyrics, but they must supply the equipment,
powerpoint will be provided in the teacher's guide. Note: this is not a big multimedia show
as Hélène Nicole usually does, but a folk interactive performance, with live discussion with
the students in between songs.
Price per student: $3, plus hst. Minimum fee is $600.
Price for two shows in one morning, one school: $1200, plus hst.
