CIRCUIT CITY
Circuit training has proven to be the best way to burn the fat and build lean muscles. Circuit your way through a series of exercises
specially chosen to work your entire body! Rest for a bit – and then do it again!
FIGHT CLUB
Step into the ring with Barbara. She’ll teach you how to jab, kick and punch your way into a lean fighting machine. Cardio kick box fused
with Martial arts – What a rush!
THE FIRM (BODY
DESIGN)
A total body muscular conditioning class designed to increase strength and endurance through continuous and intense movements. A
variety of equipment and props will be used during the class to ensure variety and intensity.

“NEW”
A specially designed class for seniors or newcomers that addresses their special needs and conditions. Includes lo- impact aerobic
exercise, balance and flexibility training, strength and core.
This is a full hour of muscular conditioning, hitting everyone major muscle group, and then some. You will feel stronger and leaner in no
time.
Start with kick boxing; add some martial arts techniques, and a dash of boot camp exercises to round out this total body workout in this
great new class!
PLIÉ PLUS
Building on the popularity of “ballet” fitness, this class will work the legs hard with a variety of plies, squats, arabesques, points etc.
Incorporate light weights to work the upper body and core so you are burning those calories without any impact at all.
PILATES FUSION
You will experience a combination of yoga postures to warm up your muscles and Pilates training to build core strength, improve posture
and encourage the mind-body connection
TABATA
The Tabata workout consists of 20 seconds of intense metabolic training with a 10 second rest repeated for 8 sets. This equals 4 minutes
of heart pumping adrenaline. Burn a ton of calories and build lean muscle. Both cardio and muscle conditioning exercises are included
YOGA
Come relax and stretch your tired muscles with yoga. Improve your flexibility, strength and peace of mind!
ZUMBA
Ditch the routine, join the party! Shake, shimmy and salsa your way to a great workout and tons of fun!
ZUMBA GOLD
Same great class with less impact, slower rhythms and suited for the beginner or mature exerciser
