Birkdale North School Children Today Leaders Tomorrow Principal: Linda Low 10 November 2016 Principal’s Voice: As we come to our yearly prize giving, the teachers and I would like some feedback about naming nominees. In the past we have notified all potential nominees for most awards, on the back of the prize giving pamphlet and read out their names before naming the winner. We have done this so that everyone could see who we had considered for the award. Some of the children nominated have been very disappointed that they did not win and seeing their name in the pamphlet created an expectation of winning. We would like to ask you for your opinion on this question please. Is it better to show all nominees for school awards? Yes No Please return your answer to the office asap or by email. Thank you.
