foreigners to purchase property in Mauritius through IRS (Integrated Resort
Scheme) and RES (Real Estate Scheme)

Climate and Temperature
Grand Bay is sunny and warm all year round. The northern part of the island is mostly
preserved from wind. The temperature varies from 24 degrees to 28 degrees in winter while in
