The bright sun, vivid colours, crystal sea and golden sandy beaches, silver coloured moon and
the pure beauty of the untamed natural landscape- these are the features which have
sculptured the emerald Greek island Lefkada.
Calm and charming from the first moment with the true, genuine, warm Lefkadian smile, it
welcomes those who have chosen Lefkada for their destination. Tradition and development go
hand in hand, and visitors will enjoy the hospitality, entertainment and adventure.

Lefkada is surrounded by blue waters, with white endless sandy beaches, mostly in the west.
The east is dominated by the green Prigiponissia with its picturesque anchorages and its sandy
gulfs. The beaches of Kathisma, Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Gyra, Gialos and Agiofylli pose a
great problem to visitors. Where should they go first?
Lefkada an ecological paradise
Pine tree forests cover the mountainous parts of the island, while the fields in the plane are
dominated by olive and citrus trees. Over the passing of the centuries the geological formation
of the mountain mass has created caves, several of which have significant archaeological
value: the Chirospilia in Evgiros and the sea cave of “Papanikoli” in Meganissi. Throughout
the island you can meet vast quantities of the herbs oregano and thyme as well as the soothing
sage and mint. The crimson “peonio” that chooses to grow only in the mountainous area of
Englovi and the small lilies of “Eva Sikelianou” are flowers of exceptional beauty and of
great ecological importance.

And when the night falls the Lefkadian sky fills with thousands of stars, while the song of the
summer crickets fills the silence. Imagine feeling the cool breath of the north west wind
blowing on your face and at the same time breathing the special scent of the flowers, listening
to the birds’ song and watching the dolphins play in the blue waters…..
Lefkada of sports
The advantages of the natural environment and the weather conditions of Lefkada favour an
alternative kinds of vacation. The safe sea and the several small islands with natural resorts on
the eastside of the island offer ideal conditions for sailing, while the modern facilities for
anchorage make the place ideal. Diving, sailing and windsurfing are available at the water
sport centres in Nydri, Vasiliki and Ai Yiannis in the city of Lefkada.
The mountainous area of Lefkada, on the other coast, is full of paths ideal for hiking. In the
preparation for the Olympics cultural events will take place over four consecutive years.

Accessibility
A continuous-flow bridge connects Lefkada with mainland Greece which makes the Preveza
(Aktion) airport only 30 minutes away. Direct charter flights connect the island with most
European capital cities and Manchester and Birmingham in the UK. Those who travel by car
from Italy have particularly easy access to the island via Igouminitsa.

Lefkada, the best choice for your holiday
A short visit was all that was needed for Aristotle Onassis to find himself in love with
Lefkada. He bought the island Scorpios opposite of Nydri, and there he created his personal
paradise, which he enjoyed with the Kennedy family, Maria Callas, Churchill and other
celebrities. For the same reasons and all that you can discover yourself we have decided to
build our villas on Lefkada, the island that enchants…..

Villa’s General
Our villas are located to the South of the Island close to Syvota. The sheltered anchorage at
Syvota makes it a favourite with the boating set and boasts a large number of fish taverns to
satisfy their needs. Nestled in a picturesque wooded valley the resort, which has no beach, is
much quieter by day than at night, when the sailors come out to play!
Vasiliki is a windsurfer’s paradise with a long beach and a harbour full of taverns and shops.
Mikros Gialos is popular for sunbathers.
Just as you enter the village of Syvota an agricultural track spurs off and contours the hillside
above the village. Glimpses of the harbour and the sea below are revealed through the
cypresses and olive trees.
Follow this track for 2km and then drop down to our villas, where an amazing panoramic
view of the sea is revealed. All villas have a private driveway, and are each situated within
4,500 square metres of land. They each have a private swimming pool and, for sea bathers,
there is direct access to the sea from the villas.
The villas have been designed by a Greek architect who enjoyed part of his training and
education in Germany, and they were constructed under the supervision of a young Greek
contractor.
The villas are built in Greek style with bright colours. There is so much to see, whether you
are sitting on the large verandas, the terraces around the swimming pool, or even from within
the living room or bedrooms.

A steady stream of boats and yachts pass by all day long and the surrounding scenery is
delightful. The ever-changing natural light reflecting off the mountains of mainland Greece
and the nearby islands is enchantingly atmospheric.
The specifications below are valid for all three villas:
Each villa is privately located on 4,500 square metres, in a quiet location. There is a large
open living room/dining area with open fire and double French windows leading out to a
sheltered veranda. The kitchen has full cooking facilities including a dishwashing machine.
Each villa has four double bedrooms with en suite bathroom (bath/shower) and French
windows out to a veranda that offers magnificent views over the sea. All rooms have airconditioning.
The private swimming pools are continuously filtered, cleaned and the water condition
checked. Sun beds are around the swimming pool. There is maid cleaning service once a
week. (on request twice a week) All linen and towels are provided for. A washing machine is
also available for your own use.
All villas have direct access to the sea. Additionally, the villas are fully equipped with
refrigerator, microwave, Sat TV, stereo audio, DVD, BBQ.

Policy:
Booking:
Upon booking through our website we will confirm availability and pricing
within 24 hours. To allow the customer time to arrange travel, flights etc. the
customer still has the right to cancel confirmed bookings within 72 hours from
confirmation.
Payment:
A down payment of 40 % of the entire rental is due upon confirmation of the
booking. The second payment of 60 % of the rental is due one month before
arrival date. We will provide you with our banking details. Our hostess in
Greece will only hand over the keys of the villa when she has received
confirmation that the full rental has been paid.
Cancellation: The down payment or payment of rental will be returned for 80 % when we are
successful in renting out the cancelled period with a maximum of 80 % of the
new rental received

Check in from 3.00 PM. Please let us know your arrival information so we can
work out the details for your arrival
Check out:
Check out before 10.00 AM to allow us time to prepare the villa for the next
guests
Deposit:
We request a security deposit by bank transfer, credit card or a valid cheque of
Euro 400 that will be returned within one week after departure.
Pets:
Are not allowed inside the villas
Documents: We will send you a booking confirmation wit hall the details of the booking.
We ask you to return this confirmation for acceptance so that indeed we are
sure that all the details are correct. Before your arrival we will sent you arrival
instructions and a route description with telephone numbers of our hostess and
eventually of the car rental company.

Villa Marina
Villa Marina is newly built and completed in spring 2003. The olive trees and natural
vegetation have been kept as natural as possible. Whether you are sitting on the veranda, the
terrace around the swimming pool, your bedroom or the living room, there are engulfing
panoramic sea views. Every room has a sea views.
A private driveway brings you to the villa with a parking space for two cars. When entering
the villa you arrive in a very spacious living room of 11 meter widths with separate living and
dining area. There is an open fire in the middle of the room where two French windows leads
to a sheltered veranda which runs along the full breadth of the living room.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dish washing machine, oven, microwave
and coffee machine.
From the living area you have access to spacious double bedrooms with large closets (with a
safe in one bedroom), each with en suite bathrooms (bath/shower) and individual verandas
with beautiful sea views.
On each side of the villa there is a majestic staircase that takes you to the ground floor, and a
further two double bedrooms with large closets, en suite bathrooms (bath/shower), and
individual verandas offering beautiful views to the sea and out to the swimming pool.

Villa Marella
Villa Marella is newly built. Villa Marella is located about 70 metres from the sea and about
40 meters above sea level on 4.500 sq metres of land. The architectural style of the villa and
the interior decoration is more traditional. The outer walls are terra cotta coloured with sugar
white shutters

Villa Marcelina
Villa Marcelina is located about 45 meters from the sea and about 20 meters above sea level
on 4.500 sq meter of land. The architectural style of the villa and the interior decoration is
modern. The outer walls are yellow coloured with red shutters.
The design of the veranda and the proximity to the sea gives a magnificent panoramic view
of almost 270˚.

cooking plate and refrigerator. The veranda and living area can also be used to take
refreshments or shelter from sunbathing. The studio is also ideal for families with older
children wanting a little breathing space.
On the ground floor there is a storage room and washing machine.
