Positive Energy House available for all people: at a very low price
• External dimensions (LxlxH): 6058 x 4876 x 2591 mm + photovoltaic roof
• Total area with terrace / pergola: 41,24 m2
• Thermal resistance: U= 0,27 W/m2K
• Placed on 6 stable points of support (concrete blocks or other), foundations adapted to
the soil and loads
• Walls: steel welded construction built in multilayer panel steel/polyutethane/zinced
with 80 mm insulation thickness and anti-corrosion coating, RAL color on choice.
• Ceiling: waterproof with 4 downspouts in the pillars of angles, insulation 100 mm
mineral wool and internal lined fibreboard of wood painted white, E1 class.
• Soil: with OSB 25 mm and 2 mm thick PVC coating, class B2, T group, mineral wool
insulation with vapor barrier and steel galvanized sheet.
Permissible floor load: 2,04 kN (200 Kg/m2)
• Entrance door: PVC with 3 lock points
• Windows: PVC with shutters built: Rooms & Living: 4 x 110 x120 high,
Bathroom: 50 x 60, Kitchen : 70 x 120 cm

POSITIVE ENERGY : the house is fully autonomous in its electrical power through solar
energy generator on the roof.
• Photovoltaic array 12 panels, with charger, batteries and inverter, in a ventilated
box under roof panels
• Air conditioner part under roof panels, DC powered by PV panels and multicast split
attached on the living room ceiling, designed to refresh the interior of the house while
the sun shines, all openings closed to keep the cool overnight. Conditioned interior
volume: 56 m3.
• Option solar water heater on the roof for hot water
INTERIOR EQUIPEMENT:
• Refrigerator and freezer DC powered by PV panels
• Low consumption LED lighting in every room and outside
• 12/24v DC sockets for TV, computer, mobile phone recharge, etc.. distributed in
each room
• 220v AC sockets distributed in rooms and powered by the inverter
• Option furniture: beds, sofas, tables, chairs and stools, cupboards
SMART HOME composed of 2 x 20' MODULES side by side assembled
Composed of 28 elements to be assembled on-site : wall panel, panel with door, window
panel, subsets floor, ceiling and photovoltaic panels.
A few days after delivery, the new house is ready for family installation.
