BENÜTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN FÜR DIE GÄSTEHÄUSER (GH) DES VEREIN JUGENDHERBERGEN
1. Gruppen (einschließlich Klassen, Kurse und anderer Gruppierungen) werden nur dann aufgenommen, wenn sie von wenigstens einem
verantwortlichen Leiter (bei gemischten Gruppen möglichst von einem männlichen und einem weiblichen Leiter) begleitet werden. Die Leiter
müssen in den GH übernachten und sind für das Einhalten der Hausordnung und der Weisungen der Hausleitung durch die Gruppe verantwortlich.
2. Vertragspartner des Gästehauses ist der Besteller.
3. Für das Gästehaus (GH) trifft die Hausleitung alle Entscheidungen betreffend die Belegung und Verpflegung gemäß diesen
Benützungsbedingungen.
4. Niemand hat Anspruch darauf, nach 19.00 Uhr aufgenommen zu werden und vor 7.00 Uhr abzureisen. Ausnahmen nur über Genehmigung
durch die Hausleitung. Von 22.00 Uhr bis 7.00 Uhr gilt die gesetzliche Nachtruhe.
5. Ankunft und Abreise, Zahl der Gäste (nach Geschlechtern getrennt), Verpflegungswünsche, Name des verantwortlichen Gruppenleiters -allfällige
Änderungen sind spätestens bei Aufenthaltsbeginn dem GH mitzuteilen.
6. Für die verbindliche Reservierung ist das Eintreffen des Bestellformulars und der 50%igen Vorauszahlung, spätestens bis 4 Wochen vor
Anreisetermin im GH notwendig.
7. Nach vollständiger Erfüllung der Punkte 5. und 6. erfolgt ohne nochmalige Bestätigung unsererseits eine verbindliche Reservierung. Alle
Änderungen der Bestellung bedürfen der Schriftform.
9. Der VWJ und seine GH tragen sich wirtschaftlich selbst. Deshalb sind die nachfolgenden Regelungen erforderlich. Bei Bestellrücktritt bis zu 21
Tagen vor Ankunft sind 10%, vom 20. Tag bis zum 15. Tag 25% und ab dem 14. Tag bis zu einem Tag vor dem vorgesehenen Ankunftstag 50%,
am Ankunftstag 100% Stornogebühr zu bezahlen.
10. Bei einer Minderung der Teilnehmerzahl um 10% oder mehr werden die gleichen Stornosätze verrechnet.
11. Eine Überschreitung der vorbestellten Teilnehmerzahl ist nur nach schriftlicher Zusage möglich.
12. Alle Änderungen oder Abmeldungen (Stornierungen) von Gruppen bedürfen der Schriftform. Auf Teile der Entschädigung kann verzichtet
werden, wenn die Übernachtungen in der betreffenden Zeit von anderen Gästen in Anspruch genommen werden.
13. Es besteht kein Rechtsanspruch auf Einzelzimmer oder Einfluss auf die Zimmerzuweisung. Das GH verpflichtet sich nur, männliche und
weibliche Teilnehmer in getrennten Zimmern unterzubringen.
14. Warme Mahlzeiten werden bis maximal bis 18:30 Uhr ausgegeben (Essenszeiten siehe Bestellformular).
15. Die Zimmer stehen am Ankunftstag ab 17.00 Uhr zur Verfügung. Ausnahmen sind durch Vereinbarung mit der Hausleitung möglich.
16. Am Abreisetag müssen die Zimmer bis 10.00 Uhr geräumt und laut Hausordnung übergeben worden sein. Ist die Räumung aus Verschulden
eines Gastes erst nach 10.00 Uhr möglich, ist eine zusätzliche Nächtigungsgebühr zu bezahlen.
17. Jeder kann Mitglied des Österreichischen Jugendherbergsverbandes (ÖJHV) oder des Österreichischen Jugendherbergswerkes (ÖJHW) oder
der International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF) werden. Der Mitgliedsausweis kann unter Vorlage eines amtlichen Ausweises in den JH erworben
werden.
18. In den GH sind die Kosten für das Frühstück sowie die Bettwäsche in der Nächtigungsgebühr eingeschlossen.
20. In jedem GH werden alle für dieses Haus geltenden Gebühren und Preise durch Aushang bekannt gemacht. Alle Preise sind Festpreise, auf die
keinerlei Nachlässe möglich sind.
22. Für Schäden an Gebäuden und Inventar, die fahrlässige oder vorsätzlich verursacht worden sind, haftet der Schädiger bzw. sein
Erziehungsberechtigter, bei Gruppen der Besteller.
23. Für allfällige sich ergebende Rechtsstreitigkeiten gilt Bregenz als Gerichtsstand vereinbart.

TERMS OF USE COTTAGES (GH) ASSOCIATION OF HOSTELS

18. In the GH the cost of the breakfast and bed linen are included in the fee.
20. In any GH all applicable fees and charges for this house will be announced by notice. All prices are fixed prices which no discounts are possible.
22. For damage to buildings and equipment which have been caused deliberately or through negligence, shall be liable tortfeasor or his legal
guardian, at the customer groups.
23. For any resulting litigation applies Bregenz as a venue agreed.

2. Les Parties contractantes de la maison d'hôtes est le client.
3. Pour la VWJ la ligne de la maison respecte toutes les décisions concernant l'attribution et repas en conformité avec les présentes conditions
d'utilisation.
4. Nul n'a le droit d'être reçu après 22h00 horloge et quitter avant 7,00 horloge. Des exceptions ne sur l'approbation de la direction de la Chambre.
De 22h00 horloge bis sommeil légale 7,00 Horloge applique.

10. Dans le cas d'une réduction du nombre de participants de 10% ou plus, les mêmes frais d'annulation seront facturés.

15. Les chambres sont disponibles à l'arrivée à partir de 17.00 horloge. Des exceptions sont possibles en accord avec le directeur.
16. Au départ les chambres doivent avoir été libéré par 10,00 horloge et passé selon les règles générales. Si la clairance de la négligence d'un
invité seulement après 10h00 horloge possible, une frais supplémentaire soit payée.
17. Toute personne membre de l'auberge Association autrichienne de la jeunesse (ÖJHV) ou l'Association des auberges de jeunesse autrichienne
(ÖJHW) ou de la Fédération internationale des auberges de jeunesse (Hostelling International) peut. La carte de membre peut être acheté en
présentant une carte d'identité officielle dans le JH.
18. Dans le GH du coût du petit déjeuner et les draps sont inclus dans le frais.
20. En tout GH tous les frais applicables pour cette maison sera annoncé par avis. Tous les prix sont des prix qui ne sont possibles réductions
fixés.
22. Pour les dommages aux bâtiments et équipements qui ont été causés délibérément ou par négligence, est auteur du délit responsable ou son
tuteur légal, les groupes de clients.
23. Pour tout litige résultant de Vienne se applique comme un lieu convenu.

głowa) wraz z co najmniej jednego odpowiedzialnego lidera. Przewody muszą pozostać w GH i są odpowiedzialne za zgodność z zasadami domu i
poleceniami kierownictwa Domu przez grupę.
2. Umawiające się Strony z pensjonatu jest klient.
3. Dla GHlinii dom spełnia wszystkie decyzje dotyczące podziału i posiłki zgodnie z niniejszymi warunkami użytkowania.
4. Nikt nie ma prawa być otrzymane po godzinie 22:00 zegar i zostawić przed 7.00. Wyjątki wyłącznie na zatwierdzeniu przez kierownictwo domu.

w kolejności musi być w formie pisemnej.
9. GH przyczynić ekonomicznie. I w związku z tym wymagane są następujące postanowienia.
Anulowanie zamówienia do 21 dni przed przyjazdem 10%, od 20 dnia do 15 dni 25% i od 14 dni do jednego dnia przed planowanym przyjazdem
50% do 100% zapłaty w dniu przyjazdu za anulowanie rezerwacji.
10. W przypadku zmniejszenia liczby uczestników o 10% lub więcej, będą pobierane takie same opłaty za anulowanie.
11. Przekroczenie wcześniej zamówić liczby uczestników możliwe jest tylko za pisemną zgodą.
12. Wszelkie zmiany lub odwołania (rezygnacji) z grup musi być w formie pisemnej. W części odszkodowania można pominąć, jeżeli noce są
podejmowane w danym czasie innych gości, aby zakończyć.
13. Nie ma tytuł prawny do jednego pokoju lub wpływu na przydział pokoju.GH popełnione tylko, męskie i żeńskie uczestników zatrzymanych w
oddzielnych pokojach.
14. Ciepłe posiłki są wysyłane do maksymalnie do 19.00 zegar (czas posiłków patrz wykres).
15. Pokoje są dostępne w dniu przyjazdu od 17.00 zegara. Wyjątki są możliwe za zgodą dyrektora.
16. W dniu wyjazdu pokoje muszą być opuszczone do 10.00 zegar i przekazywane na zasadach ogólnych. Jeśli odległość od zaniedbania gość
dopiero po 10:00 zegara możliwe, dodatkowe opłatazapłaty.
17. Każdy może Państwa Austriackiego Towarzystwa Schronisk Młodzieżowych (ÖJHV) lub austriackiego Stowarzyszenia Schronisk
Młodzieżowych (ÖJHW) lub Międzynarodowej Federacji Schronisk Młodzieżowych (Hostelling International).Karta członkowska można kupić
poprzez przedstawienie oficjalnego dowodu tożsamości w JH.
18. W GH VWJ kosztów pościel śniadanie i łóżko są wliczone w opłata.
20. W każdym GH wszystkie należne opłaty i prowizje za ten dom zostanie ogłoszony za wypowiedzeniem. Wszystkie ceny są cenami stałymi,
które mogą wystąpić żadne zniżki.
22. W przypadku uszkodzenia budynków i urządzeń, które zostały spowodowane umyślnie lub przez niedbalstwo, podlega karze sprawca deliktu
lub jego opiekuna prawnego, w grupach klientów.
2. W przypadku sporów dotyczy wszelkich wynikających Bregenz jako miejsce uzgodnione.
