Job Summary
To manage the CRM system on a day to day basis to deliver key business intelligence to Commercial Ireland
Key responsibilities:
•Management of all CRM reporting to deliver Business Intelligence to Commercial Ireland
•Lead and support the implementation of Salesforce CRM system into Commercial Ireland from April 2017
•Management of Journey Plan process
•Training and coaching of all CRM end users
•Assist in the documentation of training, policy and procedures and user manuals for Salesforce
•Maintain CRM documents including enarf, survey tables and questionnaires
•Management of CRM master data including data integrity, cleansing, error correction and customer profiling and categorization
