Après le succès du Colloque Botanique organisé en février 2014, la Fondation Jardin Majorelle a le plaisir
d’annoncer une nouvelle série de conférences et de débats qui auront lieu le samedi 14 mars 2015.
Le thème de cette année sera « La Flore Méditerranéenne » et à cette occasion, la Fondation Jardin Majorelle a invité des intervenants du Maroc, de Californie, de France et d’Italie afin de débattre des similitudes et différences de la flore et des traditions de styles, au Maroc et sous d’autres climats méditerranéens
à travers le monde.
Cette année, l’organisation du Colloque se fera en deux temps : des visites guidées de jardins privés durant
la matinée et des conférences illustrées l’après-midi, au théâtre de l’Institut français de Marrakech.
La séance du matin étant limitée à 50 participants, nous demandons aux personnes intéressées de s’inscrire avant la date du colloque. La session de l’après-midi est accessible sans inscription.

Following the success of last year’s Botanical Symposium held in February 2014, the Fondation Jardin
Majorelle is pleased to announce a new series of discussions and lectures to take place on Saturday,
14 March 2015.
Mediterranean Flora will be this year’s theme and the Fondation Jardin Majorelle has invited speakers
from Morocco, California, France and Italy to discuss both similarities and differences between the flora
and stylistic traditions of Morocco and other Mediterranean climates around the world.
is year’s dynamic symposium will be in two parts: guided tours of private gardens during the morning
session and illustrated lectures held in the theatre of the Institut français de Marrakech in the aernoon.
As the morning session will be limited to 50 participants, we will require those interested in attending
to enrol prior to the symposium date. e aernoon session is open without registration.
