Dear SAP KW Customer,
Register today for the DVD of the future SAP Knowledge Warehouse
Content Updates (CU):
As of 24 February, 2004 it has been possible to register for the
future shipments of the SAP Knowledge Warehouse Content Updates.
IMPORTANT!
Note that as of March 2004 (Content Update No. 20) you will only
receive the Content Updates if you have registered on the SAP Service
Marketplace for the shipment. Without the necessary registration the
Content Updates will no longer be sent.
What will be the content of the Content Updates?
The SAP Knowledge Warehouse Content Updates contain the SAP
documentation and training contents which you can import into your
SAP Knowledge Warehouse. According to your SAP Knowledge Warehouse
license you will either receive the DVDs with the documentation
contents or documentation and training contents.
How does it work?
1. Please register on the SAP Service Marketplace with your User-ID
and password.
2. Choose the Online catalog: http://service.sap.com/softwarecat .
3. Choose the "SAP Knowledge Warehouse" -> "Content Updates" ->
"Subscription for Documentation" and/or "Subscription for Training
Contents" in the catalog and put it in your shopping basket.
4. Please memorize the displayed 8-digit order number in case of
further inquiries.
We will note down your order. As soon as the SAP Knowledge Warehouse
Content Updates become available we will send them out to you.
This is an automatic-generated email - please do not answer. In case
of questions please open an SAP customer message on the component
XX-SER-SWFL-SHIP on SAP's Service Marketplace http://service.sap.com .

Was enthalten die Content Updates?
In den SAP Knowledge Warehouse Content Updates werden die von SAP
erstellten Dokumentations- und Trainingsinhalte in Form von
Transporten, die Sie in Ihr SAP Knowledge Warehouse einspielen koennen,
bereitgestellt. Entsprechend Ihrer SAP Knowledge Warehouse Lizenz
erhalten Sie entweder nur die DVDs mit Dokumentationsinhalten oder
Dokumentations- und Trainingsinhalte.
Wie funktioniert es?
1. Bitte melden Sie sich auf dem SAP Service Marktplatz mit Ihrer
User-ID und Ihrem Passwort an.
2. Waehlen Sie den Online-Software-Katalog aus:
http://service.sap.com/softwarecat .
3. Waehlen Sie im Katalog "SAP Knowledge Warehouse" -> "Content
Updates" -> "Abonnement für Dokumentation" und/oder "Abonnement für
Training Contents" aus und legen Sie sie in den Warenkorb.
4. Bitte merken Sie sich die angezeigte 8-stellige Bestellnummer für
den Fall, dass Sie Rueckfragen haben.
Ihre Bestellung ist nun vorgemerkt. Sobald die SAP Knowledge Warehouse
Content Updates verfuegbar werden, senden wir sie Ihnen zu.

Comment passer commande ?
1. Inscrivez-vous auprès de la SAP Service Marketplace au moyen de
votre code utilisateur et de votre mot de passe.
2. Sélectionnez le catalogue en ligne:

3. Sélectionnez "SAP Knowledge Warehouse" -> "Content Updates" ->
"Subscription for Documentation" et/ou "Subscription for Training
Contents" dans le catalogue et mettez-le dans votre panier.
4. Notez le numéro de commande à 8 chiffres qui vous est attribué. Il
vous sera demandé pour toute requête ultérieure.
Votre commande est alors enregistrée. Dès que les SAP Knowledge
Warehouse Content Updates seront disponibles, nous vous les enverrons.
