LANGUEDOC
Provencal rosés are famous for their refreshing splash of flavor.
Blends reign in bordeaux, white wine is no exception. The white
wines of bordeaux are crisp and lively when they’re young, but
develop a honeyed, fuller-bodied richness with age.

RHONE
The best pinot noir in the world comes from bourgogne
(burgundy), it’s also home to beaujolais. Burgundian reds are the
definition of soft and exquisite.
Among the world’s great red wines, rhones are the most
untamed. Deep flavors of smoked fruit, sweet earth and spice prevail.
In northern rhone, syrah is the lone red. In southern rhone syrah is
blended with grenache and mourvedre to build the base of some of
the world’s most famous wines.

BORDEAUX
Bordeaux red wines are about elegance and intensity of flavor,
they are rarely massive or powerful. Blending is used to achieve
more complex flavors. As a general rule, right bank reds are merlot
based while left bank reds are predominately cabernet sauvignon.
