LA LOGISTIQUE
QUELS RÔLES ?
l Manager leurs équipes logistiques.
l Planifier et superviser la gestion des achats, des approvisionnements et des stocks
pour les opérations et la structure.
l Superviser les moyens généraux.
l Gérer le parc automobiles et les équipements supports (télécom, informatique,
générateur...).
l S’assurer de la faisabilité financière, en lien avec les Administrateurs.
l Représenter Action contre la Faim auprès des autres acteurs locaux.
l Analyser et surveiller en permanence l’évolution du contexte sécuritaire.
QUI SONT-ILS ?
En fonction des missions nous trouvons :
l Un Coordinateur Logistique
l Un Logisticien-Administrateur
l Un Logisticien Capital
l Un Logisticien Réhabilitation
l Un Logisticien Distribution
QUELLES QUALIFICATIONS ?
Bac + 2 minimum en Logistique ou expérience significative en Logistique.
QUEL PROFIL ?
2 ans d’expérience professionnelle avec expérience en management d’équipe, anglais
(lu, écrit, parlé), forte connaissance en chaîne d’approvisionnement, achat, transport,
gestion de stock, connaissance en gestion financière, télécommunication et BTP,
l’expérience humanitaire est un plus.

LOGISTICS
WHICH ROLES ?
l Supervise logistics team members.
l Plan, oversee and handle procurement, purchasing and supply of stocks for the
mission and for its operations.
l Manage general resources.
l Handle transport and office equipment requirements and maintenance (telephones, computers, generators).
l Monitor disbursements, in cooperation with the mission’s administrators.
l Represent Action contre la Faim during meetings/contacts with other local actors.
l Analyse and monitor the security situation and security procedures.
WHO ARE THEY ?
Depending upon the mission Logistics staff will comprise:
l A Logistics Coordinator
l A logistician-Administrator
l A Logistician-Capital
l A Logistician-Rehabilitation
l A Logistician-Distribution
WHICH QUALIFICATION ?
Higher education with 2 years minimum training in Logistics or considerable
experience working as a Logistician.
WHICH PROFILE ?
2 years work experience, proven team management skills, English (written, spoken,
read), thorough knowledge of procurement, purchasing, transport, and stock
management procedures; familiarity with accounting, telecommunications and the
Building and Public Works sector; previous work in the humanitarian field would be
an advantage.
