RENSEIGNEMENTS SUR LA GARANTIE DE HOLLAND IMPORTS
Toutes les garanties sont valides à compter de la date d’achat par l’acheteur original seulement et ce,
pourvu que vos meubles aient été entretenus avec soin et qu’ils n’aient été utilisés qu’à des fins personnelles et domiciliaires. Une preuve d’achat sera exigée (le reçu de caisse original arborant la date d’achat).
Il se peut aussi que des photos ou une inspection soit exigées.
GARANTIE RESTREINTE DE CINQ ANS DE HOLLAND IMPORTS
Holland Imports offre une garantie de cinq ans sur tous ses châssis d’aluminium en ce qui a trait à la qualité de l’exécution et aux
défauts matériels. Advenant que dans les cinq ans qui suivent la date originale d’achat le châssis d’aluminium du meuble fasse l’objet
d’une défaillance structurelle, Holland remplacera la pièce, réparera le châssis ou remplacera l’article au complet à sa discrétion. Dans
la mesure du possible, l’article de remplacement arborera le style et la couleur d’origine; toutefois, si la production du modèle dont
il est question a cessé, nous vous offrirons de remplacer le meuble par un article de valeur égale. Tous les finis avec revêtement de
poudre s’accompagnent d’une garantie de trois ans à compter de la date d’achat en ce qui a trait à l’écaillage, les boursouflures ou la
rouille, la décoloration ou la dégradation de couleur du fini par suite de l’exposition aux éléments; l’exposition aux produits chimiques
ou aux déversements n’est pas couverte par cette garantie.
GARANTIE RESTREINTE D’UN AN DE HOLLAND IMPORTS
Holland Imports offre une garantie d’un an en ce qui concerne la qualité de l’exécution et les défauts matériels sur tous ses châssis
d’acier. Advenant que dans l’année qui suit la date originale d’achat le châssis d’acier du meuble fasse l’objet d’une défaillance structurelle, Holland remplacera la pièce, réparera le châssis ou remplacera l’article au complet à sa discrétion. Dans la mesure du possible, l’article de remplacement arborera le style et la couleur d’origine. Tous les finis avec revêtement de poudre s’accompagnent d’une
garantie d’un an à compter de la date d’achat en ce qui a trait à la rouille. Les dommages occasionnés aux châssis ou aux soudures
qui découlent d’un assemblage inapproprié ou d’une exposition à l’eau et / ou aux températures sous le degré de congélation ne sont
pas couverts.
Coussins, parasols et abris de jardin
Holland Imports offre une garantie d’un an en ce qui concerne la qualité de l’exécution et les défauts de fabrication sur ses coussins
et ses parasols, incluant le châssis. La dégradation de couleur, l’apparition de taches ou de champignons sur le tissu, la compression
des fibres / du rembourrage des coussins ne sont pas protégées par la garantie. Les tissus devraient être nettoyés régulièrement afin
d’empêcher que la poussière et les particules alimentaires ne s’y accumulent. Pour enlever les taches, lavez le coussin à l’aide d’une
éponge ou d’une brosse à poils doux et un mélange d’eau et de savon à vaisselle doux. Afin de prolonger la vie du tissu, il est recommandé d’appliquer un traitement Scotch Guard chaque fois que le tissu est lavé et entreposé à l’intérieur parce qu’il n’est pas utilisé.
Ne lavez pas les coussins dans une laveuse et ne les séchez pas au sèche-linge. Ne laissez jamais un parasol ouvert sans surveillance.
Exclusions de la garantie de HOLLAND IMPORTS:
Toutes les garanties n’englobent pas ni ne couvrent l’utilisation non domiciliaire, l’usure normale, la dégradation de couleur, l’écaillage,
le mauvais usage, la négligence, l’exposition à des produits chimiques ou à des solvants forts, le vandalisme, les humeurs de la
nature tels que le vent, le gel, etc. et toute autre circonstance sans rapport aux défauts matériels et à la qualité de l’exécution. Cette
garantie ne couvre pas les dessus de table en verre ou la rouille sur l’acier.

Toute réclamation relative à des dommages lors de la livraison ou à une livraison incomplète doit être signalée à notre bureau
dans les 48 heures qui suivent la réception. Si cela n’est pas fait, il est possible qu’aucun crédit ne soit accordé.
Tous les articles retournés doivent obtenir un numéro d’autorisation de retour (RA) émis par notre préposé au service à la clientèle, Firoz Hasham ([email protected]), avant leur retour.
Toutes les réclamations au titre de la garantie doivent être soumises à Donna Holloway ([email protected]). Nous
nous réservons le droit de remplacer les pièces endommagées ou d’abaisser le prix des pièces endommagées.

HOLLAND IMPORTS WARRANTY INFORMATION
All Warranties are valid from the date of purchase to the original purchaser only, provided your furniture is
maintained with care and used only for personal, residential purposes. Proof of purchase will be required
(original sales receipt including purchase date) Photos or an inspection may also be requested.
HOLLAND IMPORTS 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Holland Imports has a 5 year warranty against workmanship and material defects on all our Aluminum Frames. If the
aluminum furniture frame fails structurally within 5 years from the original date of purchase, Holland will replace the
part, repair the frame, or replace the entire item, at our discretion. Replacement will be in the original color and style
whenever possible; however, equal value replacement will be offered if the model in question is no longer in production.
All powder coated finishes have a 3 year warranty from date of purchase, against peeling, blistering or rust, discoloration
or fading of the finish as a result if exposures to the elements, chemicals or spills are not covered by this warranty.
HOLLAND IMPORTS 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Holland Imports has a 1 year warranty against workmanship and material defects on all our Steel Frames. If the steel
furniture frame fails structurally within 1 year from the original date of purchase, Holland will replace the part, repair the
frame, or replace the entire item, at our discretion. Replacement will be in the original color and style whenever possible. All powder coated finishes have a 1 year warranty from date of purchase, against rust. Damage to frames or welds
resulting from improper assembly or exposure to water and/or sub-freezing temperatures are not covered.
Cushions, Umbrella’s & Gazebos
Holland Imports has a 1 year warranty against workmanship and manufacturing on cushions and umbrellas, including the
frame. Fading, staining and mildewing of fabrics, the compression of cushion fillings/fibre are not covered under warranty. Fabrics should be cleaned regularly before dirt and food particles are allowed to accumulate. Spot wash the cushion
with a sponge or soft bristle brush and a solution of water and mild dish soap. It is
recommended that the fabric be Scotch Guarded every time the fabric is washed and stored indoors when not in use to
prolong the life of the fabric. Do not machine wash or put cushions in the dryer. Never leave an open umbrella unattended.
HOLLAND IMPORTS Warranty Exclusions:
All Warranties do not include nor cover non-residential use, normal wear & tear, fading, chipping, misuse, neglect,
exposure to harsh chemicals or solvents, vandalism, acts of nature such as wind, freezing, etc. and other circumstances
beyond defects in material and workmanship. This Warranty does not cover glass table tops, or rust on steel.
Warranty and Returns
• Any shipping claims for damage or short shipment must be reported to our office within 48-hours of receipt. Failure
to do so may result in no credit being issued.
• All returns must have a return authorization number (RA) issued by our customer service department, Firoz Hasham
([email protected]) before sending back.
• All warranty claims must be reported to Donna Holloway ([email protected]). We reserve the right to
replace damaged parts or issue a discount on damaged pieces.
