citron vert et pamplemousse. Bouche équilibrée, voir atypique.
Terroir : Colline argilo-calcaire, brise marine.
Vinification : Récolte de nuit, fermentation à basses températures,
élevage sur lies fines.
Suggestion : Servir frais 12°C, Fruits de mer et crustacés.

Tasting: white flesh fruits and white flowers on the nose. The palate
is lively, smooth and well balanced with citrus and green apple flavors’
and a fresh acidity on the finish
Vineyard : Clay lime hill, cool maritime breezes.
Vinification : Harvest night, picking off and pressing. Cold settling.
Fermentation at temperatures controlled 14-15°C.
Suggestion : 12°C, with Seafood, shellfish and fish roasted.
