#1 Applicant fills out all information and records jump number where required skills are successfully completed.
Le candidat remplit l’information et inscrit les numéros des sauts où les compétences requises ont été réussies.
#2 The applicant is administered the test/exam by a Skydiving School Examiner (SSE #1).
L’Instructeur Examinateur (IE #1) fait passer l’examen au candidat.
#3 The applicant sees a second Skydiving School Examiner (SSE #2) who will examine their logbook to confirm all
skills and endorsements have been properly recorded and signed off.
