Nestled on a hillside in Colombier, one of the most coveted neighbourhoods of St
Barth, this contemporary, red roofed villa affords guests a true 360-degree view of the
azure Caribbean waters. The neighbourhood boasts one of St. Barth's original
bakeries, and is just a short drive from the restaurants and boutiques of Gustavia. The
villa is surrounded with lush vegetation and very near to the beach, making it a perfect
place for a tranquil summer getaway.
Newly renovated and redecorated, the private rental villa in St Barth, has an inviting
West Indies charm to it, with a spacious open plan living, dining room and kitchen area
occupying the main house. Large French doors open onto the terrace facing the
Caribbean Sea. The modern kitchen is well equipped with plenty of counter space.
The luxury villa sleeps four. The elegant master bedroom, is located in an independent
cottage set apart from the main house, and provides both privacy and comfort. The
second bedroom is also in its own bungalow, and includes en suite bathroom, flat
screen TV with private terrace and treadmill.
The terrace off the main house, has a crystal clear infinity pool that looks as though it
is overflowing into the ocean below. Comfortable summer lounge seating and deck
chairs are available for sun bathing and relaxing. A well-equipped BBQ dining area
under the covered terrace, surrounded with palm trees, makes outdoor entertaining
easy and convenient. A sky deck, above the pool, is an ideal spot to enjoy drinks while
watching sailboats returning to the harbour under the sensational colours of the setting
sun.
All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year's Day will be charged at the
Holiday Rate for a minimum of 7 to 14 days, depending on the villa selected.
