This whitewashed, contemporary villa is located in one of St Barths most sought after
neighbourhoods, namely Pointe Milou. It ensures guests privacy, comfort and stunning
ocean views. Sandy beaches are easily accessible with the calm waters of St. Jean
and the surf of Saline each about ten minutes' drive away. Grocery shopping in Lorient
is even closer, and the drive to town takes about fifteen minutes. The architecture of
this stylish luxury villa for rent is designed to create a relaxing and inviting ambiance,
and makes the best of the fantastic sea views.
The air-conditioned, open plan living room is spacious, with comfortable sofas
complimented with Mexican and Italian décor and art. Great entertaining is guaranteed
with satellite HDTV, a DVD player, and a home-theatre sound system. A fully equipped
chef's kitchen, with ample, blue tile counters, opens directly out to the terrace. It has a
convenient pass-through counter to the covered outdoor dining area.
Two air-conditioned master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, are comfortable and
tastefully decorated. One has a private, ocean-view terrace and the other opens onto
the main terrace and pool. The third and fourth bedrooms, are light and bright, and
each with its own en suite bathroom.
The villa has an expansive stone-tiled terrace with views west, north and east. Guests
can relax on the chaises, perfect for soaking up the sun by the sky blue pool and
fountain. A covered terrace with a large wooden table that can seat eight, is perfect for
al fresco dining or enjoying the daily complimentary continental breakfast of fresh
croissants and baguettes. Guest can choose between the professional Lynx Pro gas
grill and traditional Weber charcoal BBQ, when preparing a meal. There are outdoor
speakers connected to the main audio system.
