Located in the heart of Tuscany, near the fabulous cities of Florence, Siena and San
Gimignano, lies one of the biggest private estates in all of Italy, set among 4,200 acres
of hills, valleys, Tuscan vineyards and olive groves. The extraordinary hotel villa is one
of the most spectacular and ideally located in Tuscany. Siena is just 20 minutes east
and Florence 45 minutes north. The coast and popular Volterra and Montalcino are
within one hour’s drive. The estate has everything to make life in the countryside a
pleasure for owners and guests. While the luxury villa is exceptionally private, guests
have the privilege of using the facilities of the five-star hotel a few steps away,
including a luxurious spa, pools and fitness centres, restaurants with fine and casual
dining.
Dating from the 18th century, this Italian restoration offers an idyllic setting overlooking
the estate's most scenic vineyard, with distant views to Casole d'Elsa and Mensano.
Approximately 280 sqm of spacious living, dining and kitchen areas are offered. The
villa is fully furnished with hand-made Italian furniture, antiques and textiles from the
region and the kitchen comes with hand carved marble and high quality appliances.
Traditional Tuscan fireplaces comfort you in winter, windows open wide to welcome
summer breezes and the villa is fully air conditioned.
The luxury rental villa has three double bedrooms with king size beds and three en
suite bathrooms. In the bathrooms there are separate showers, deep soaking tubs,
toilets, bidets and two vanities. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor.
The villa has a private terrace, an ideal way to enjoy the comfortable country life of a
vineyard vacation home in Tuscany. Afternoons can be spent strolling along winding
paths or lounging at the large heated, glass tiled infinity pool. Adjacent to the outdoor
‘forno’ or wood-burning oven is a covered pergola dining area. Panoramic views will
lead your eyes across the estate to the valley and mountains beyond.
