promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families
(spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (whether or
not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these

To earn additional entries into the Sweepstakes, after you have submitted the registration form, share the Sweepstakes and
for every Sweepstakes entry submitted through your share link, you will receive one (1) additional entry. All potential
winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address via the registration form. Limit fifty (50) additional entries per person/
email address throughout the Sweepstakes period. No information regarding entries, other than as otherwise set forth
in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Entries must be received by 2:00 p.m. CET on September 30, 2015 to be
included in the random drawing. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using
multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and
that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in
disqualification. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. Standard data

Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and their agencies are not responsible
for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other
connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical
failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or
malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to
be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the
email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant or participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural
person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other
organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the
submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries
specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.
4. Selection of Winners: On or about October 5, 2015, one (1) Grand Prize winner, one (1) First Prize winner, one (1)
Second Prize winner, one (1) Third Prize winners, and one (1) Fourth Prize winners will be randomly selected from among
all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, at their
office in Roissy en France, FRANCE. Administrator’s decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the
Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of entries received throughout the Sweepstakes
Period.
5. Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified via email on or about October 15, 2015. Potential Grand, First,
and Second Prize winners will be sent via email, an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (where
legal) (“Affidavit/Declaration”) and will be required to complete, sign and return Affidavit/Declaration via email/fax within
fourteen (14) days of being notified in order to claim their prizes. Each potential Third and Fourth Prize winner will be
required to confirm his/her mailing address within fourteen (14) days of being notified in order to claim his/her prize.
If a potential winner fails to return the required document within the required time period, or the prize notification is returned
undeliverable, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, that potential winner will be deemed
to have forfeited the prize.
Potential winners are subject to verification by Administrator, whose decisions are final and BINDING IN ALL MATTERS
RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant's eligibility has been
verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.
6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): Grand Prize (1): A five (5) consecutive night stay for winner and a
guest at any European Marriott location. The maximum ARV of the Grand Prize is €1,500. First Prize (1): A Marriott Bed.
The maximum ARV of the First Prize is €1,850. Second Prize (1): A Marriott Signature bedding set (not a bed). The
maximum ARV of the Second Prize is €1,295. Third Prize (1): A pair of Marriott Feather & Down Pillows. The ARV of
each Third Prize is €190. Fourth Prize (1): An Acca Kappa Shampoo and Conditioner set. The ARV of each Fourth Prize
is €35.
The maximum total ARV of all prizes is €5,770. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.
Prize Restrictions: Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the
right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion if any advertised prize (or portion of a prize) becomes
unavailable. Winners are responsible for any loss of prize or portion of prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor will not
replace any lost or stolen prizes. Any and all applicable countries, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to
acceptance and use of prizes not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. The ARV of any
prize listed is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time
between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If
the actual purchase price of a prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check,
cash or other form of payment for the price difference. For the First Prize, reservation at a European Marriott hotel is for
a standard double occupancy room with a maximum value of €300/night. Transportation to/from First Prize winner’s
residence/hotel is not included as part of prize. Stay must take place within one year of prize award or prize will be forfeited.
All fees and expenses (such as security fees, gratuities, luggage fees, meals and ground transportation, and incidental
charges) related to acceptance and uses of the stay prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the
winners. Certain restrictions and blackout dates apply. Stay may not be combined with any other offer. Major credit card
required at check-in to cover any incidental charges. Winner’s guest (or winner as parent/legal guardian of guest if he/she
is a minor in his/her state/province of primary residence and winner’s child/charge) will be required to execute a release of
liability prior to stay. Grand Prize winner and his guest must possess valid travel documents (i.e., a valid government-issued
photo ID, passport, etc.). Grand Prize winner and his guest are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms
of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance
or any other form of insurance. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any
flight except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Stay is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes.
Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever
by any air carrier(s) or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers
including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same.
In the event a Prize winner and/or his/her guest engage(s) in behavior during stay that (as determined by Sponsor’s sole
discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way
disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services,
products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the stay early, and send that Prize
winner and/or his/her guest home with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to Prize winner and/or his/her
guest (which may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in that Prize winner’s disqualification from the Sweepstakes and
forfeiture of any (and/or all) prize(s). In the event a Prize winner or his/her guest engage(s) in behavior during stay that (as
determined by Sponsor’s sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subjects that Prize winner or his/her guest to arrest or
detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any
kind whatsoever incurred by Prize winner or his/her guest as a result of such conduct. SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO
LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR
EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE PRIZE OR ANY OTHER

7. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if
any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper
functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor’s sole discretion and in the event of cancellation, the prizes will
be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor/Administrator, and
their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or
unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission
problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware); technical
failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending
or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor/Administrator. Sponsor/Administrator's failure to
enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE

intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as
planned, Sponsor may, in their sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the
Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of
these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation up to
the time of the impairment. For French Residents, upon written request, Sponsor will refund to you the expense of your
Internet connection incurred to enter the Sweepstakes. The amount refunded to you will be €0.50, regardless of the actual
expense incurred by you. To request a refund, please send your request, and any necessary justification, to: ShopMarriott

to provide proof that expenses were incurred to enter the Sweepstakes. The postage used in this request may also be refunded

resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any action at law or in equity arising out of

JEU SANS OBLIGATION D'ACHAT. UN ACHAT OU UN PAIMENT N’AUGMENTERA PAS VOS CHANCES DE
GAGNER. Pour les participants français, le Règlement est soumis à la loi française. Le Jeu débutera le 1 septembre 2015 à
10.00 heure française et se termine le 30 septembre 2015 à 14.00 heure française (« Durée du Jeu »). L’ordinateur de
l'Administrateur (tel que défini ci-dessous) servira d'horloge officielle pour le Jeu.
1. Conditions d'admissibilité : Le Jeu ShopMarriott 2015 (le « Jeu ») est ouvert aux personnes résidant légalement en
France, au Royaume-Uni, en Allemagne, en Belgique, en Suisse, au Danemark, en Autriche, en Finlande, en Grèce, en
Irlande, en Espagne, au Portugal, en Italie, et au Pays-Bas, qui sont âgés d’au moins dix-huit (18) ans ou ayant atteint l’âge
de la majorité dans leurs état/pays de résidence, si l'âge de la majorité devait excéder 18 ans dans leurs état/pays de résidence.
Les employés, dirigeants et administrateurs ainsi que les membres de leur famille immédiate (conjoints, parents, enfants,
frères et sœurs, peu importe leurs lieux de résidence) et toute personne vivant sous le même toit (qu’ils aient ou non un lieu
de parenté) Marriott International, Inc. Hotels at Home (l’ « Organisateur »), ainsi que de leurs sociétés mères, sociétés
affiliées, filiales, franchisés, mandataires, représentants, consultants, sous-traitants, conseillers juridiques, agences de
publicité, de relations publiques, de relations promotionnelles, de gestion de coupons et de marketing, fournisseurs de sites
Web, administrateurs de sites Web ne sont pas autorisés à participer et ne peuvent être désignés comme gagnant. La
participation au Jeu ainsi que l'acceptation du présent Règlement constitue de la part du participant une acceptation totale
et inconditionnelle des termes du Règlement et ainsi que des décisions de l’Organisateur relatives au Jeu, qui sont, sous
réserve des dispositions de l'article 10, définitives et exécutoires. Le Participant ne pourra remporter un prix que s'il respecte
toutes les conditions prévues au présent Règlement. L’Organisateur se réserve le droit de vérifier que les gagnants
remplissent bien les conditions d’admissibilité.

Afin de recevoir des participations supplémentaires au Jeu, une fois que vous aurez soumis le formulaire de participation,
partagez le Jeu et pour chaque participation au Jeu soumise par votre lien de partage, vous recevrez une (1) participation
supplémentaire. Tous les gagnants potentiels feront l'objet d'une vérification avant la remise de tout prix.
La participation via le formulaire d'inscription est limitée à une (1) participation par personne/ par adresse de courriel.
Le nombre d’entrées additionnelle est limité à cinquante (50) personnes/ email, et ceux durant toute la durée du jeu
concours. Aucune information concernant les participations, à l’exception de ce qui est prévu dans le présent
Règlement, ne sera divulguée. Les participations doivent être reçues avant 14 h 00 heure française le 30 septembre 2015
pour être admissibles au tirage au sort. Tout tentative de la part d’un participant visant à obtenir plus de participations que
le nombre indiqué ci- dessus en utilisant plusieurs/différentes adresses de courriels, plusieurs identités, inscriptions et
identifiants, ou par toute autre méthode, rendra ces participations nulles et le participant pourrait être disqualifié.
L’utilisation d’un système
automatisé ou d’un système informatique pour participer est interdite et entraînera la disqualification du Participant. Des
frais d’accès et d’utilisation d’Internet imposés par votre fournisseur de service peuvent s’appliquer. Des frais de
transmission de données standards peuvent s'appliquer si vous utilisez un appareil mobile pour participer.
Les participations incomplètes, corrompues ou tardives seront nulles et seront disqualifiées. L’Organisateur et ses agences
ne sont pas responsables des participations égarées, tardives, incomplètes, endommagées, volées ou mal adressées; des
connexions réseau, à un serveur, ou autre connexion, perdues, interrompues ou inaccessibles ; ou des erreurs de
communication, dysfonctionnements informatiques ou de logiciels, problèmes de transmission téléphonique, défaillances
techniques, transmissions informatiques tronquées, dommage de tout système informatique (logiciel et matériel), ou de toute
autre erreur ou dysfonctionnement de quelque nature que ce soit, humaine, mécanique, électronique ou autre qui ne lui sont
pas imputables. La preuve de la soumission d’un bulletin de participation ne sera pas considérée comme étant une preuve
de réception dudit bulletin par l’Organisateur. En cas de litige concernant l’identité d’un participant, le titulaire de l’adresse
de courriel utilisée pour participer sera considéré comme le participant. Le « titulaire » est défini comme la personne
physique à qui une adresse courriel est affectée par un fournisseur d’accès Internet, un fournisseur de services en ligne, un
fournisseur de services, ou toute autre entité (tel que par exemple un employeur) responsable de l’affectation des adresses
courriel du domaine associé à l’adresse courriel utilisée par le Participant lors de la participation. Les gagnants potentiels
peuvent avoir à justifier qu’ils sont bien les titulaires du compte. Les participations faisant mention d'une adresse courriel
erronée, ne fonctionnant pas ou inactive, seront disqualifiées et ne pourront dès lors pas gagner.
4. Sélection des Gagnants : Aux alentours du 5 octobre 2015, un (1) gagnant du grand prix, un (1) gagnant du premier
prix, un (1) gagnant du deuxième prix, un (1) gagnant du troisième prix, et un (1) gagnant du quatrième prix seront choisis
par tirage au sort informatique parmi toutes les participations admissibles reçues pendant la Durée du Jeu. Le tirage au sort
sera effectué par l'Administrateur, depuis ses bureaux à Roissy en France, FRANCE. C’est un organisme de jury
indépendant de l’Organisateur dont les décisions sont finales à tous les égards relatifs au Concours sous réserve des
dispositions de l'article 10 ci-dessous. Les chances de gagner un prix dépendent du nombre de participations admissibles
reçues pendant la Durée du Jeu.
5. Notification des gagnants : Les gagnants potentiels seront notifiés par courriel aux alentours du 15 octobre 2015. Les
gagnants potentiels du grand, premier et deuxième prix recevront par courriel une déclaration d’admissibilité et de décharge
de responsabilité, consentement à des fins publicitaires (là où la loi le permet) (« Déclaration ») qui seront tenus de remplir,
signer et retourner par courriel/fax dans les quatorze (14) jours qui suivent la notification afin de pouvoir recevoir leurs prix.
Chaque gagnant du troisième et quatrième prix devra confirmer son adresse de courriel dans les quatorze (14) jours qui
suivent la notification afin de pouvoir recevoir son prix.
Au cas où un gagnant ne renvoie pas les documents requis dans les délais requis, ou si la notification de prix est renvoyée à
l’expéditeur, ou si un gagnant potentiel est disqualifié pour quelque raison que ce soit, le gagnant potentiel sera considéré
comme ayant abandonné son gain.
Tous les gagnants potentiels sont sujets à une vérification par l'Administrateur dont les décisions sont définitives sous
réserve de la compétence des tribunaux français. Un participant n’est pas considéré comme gagnant d’un prix à moins que
l’admissibilité du participant ait été vérifiée et que le gagnant ait été notifié que la vérification a été effectuée.
6. Prix et Prix au Détail Approximatifs (« PDA ») : Grand Prix (1) : Cinq (5) nuits consécutives dans tout site Marriott
Europe pour le gagnant et un invité. Le PDA maximum du grand prix est de 1.500 €. Premier prix (1) : Un lit Marriott. Le
PDA du premier prix est de 1.850 € Deuxième prix (1) : Un ensemble de literie Marriott (pas de lit) Le PDA du deuxième
prix est de 1.295€. Troisième prix (5) : Une paire d’oreillers Marriott « Feather & Down ». Le PDA du troisième prix est
de 190 €. Quatrième prix (5) : Un set de Shampoing et Après-shampoing Acca Kappa. Le PDA du quatrième prix est de
35 €.
Le PDA maximum de tous les prix est de 5.770 €. Limite d’un (1) prix par personne/foyer.
Restrictions concernant les prix : Les prix ne peuvent être échangés, cédés, transférés ou transformés en espèces ; cependant,
l’Organisateur se réserve, en cas de force majeure ou si le prix est indisponible du fait d'un tiers, le droit de substituer à un
prix (ou une partie d’un prix) devenu indisponible un prix de valeur équivalente. Les gagnants sont responsables de toute
perte de prix ou partie de prix après sa livraison. L’Organisateur ne remplacera aucun prix perdu ou dérobé après la livraison.
Toutes les taxes fédérales, étatiques et municipales applicables et tous les frais et dépenses liés à l’acceptation et à
l’utilisation du prix qui ne sont pas spécifiquement cités dans la présente demeurent la seule responsabilité des gagnants de
prix. Le PDA des prix mentionnés peut varier selon les fluctuations de prix sur le marché de la consommation notamment
compte tenu de la période qui s'écoulera entre la date d’estimation du PDA aux fins de la rédaction du présent Règlement
et la date de remise du prix. Si le prix d’achat réel d’un prix est inférieur au PDA mentionné dans le présent Règlement, le
gagnant du prix ne pourra PAS prétendre à un chèque, espèce ou autre forme de paiement pour la différence de prix. Le
grand prix implique une réservation dans un hôtel Marriott d’Europe d’une chambre standard en occupation double d’une
valeur maximum de 300€/nuit. Le transport de/vers le lieu de résidence/l'hôtel du gagnant du grand prix n’est pas inclus
dans le prix. Le séjour doit avoir lieu dans l’année calendaire à laquelle le prix est remis ou celui-ci sera annulé. Tous les
frais et dépenses (tels que frais de sécurités, pourboires, frais de bagages, repas, transport terrestre et frais accessoires) liés
à l’acceptation et à l’utilisation des prix de séjour qui ne sont pas spécifiquement cités dans le présent Règlement demeurent
la seule responsabilité des gagnants. Certaines restrictions et dates d'interdiction s'appliquent. Le séjour ne peut être combiné
à d’autres offres. Une carte de crédit reconnue sera requise lors de l’arrivée afin de couvrir tout frais accessoire. L’invité du
gagnant (ou le gagnant en tant que parent/tuteur légal de l’invité si celui-ci est mineur dans son état/province de résidence
principale et l’enfant à charge du gagnant) pourront se voir demander de signer une décharge de responsabilité avant le
séjour. Le gagnant du grand prix et son invité doivent posséder des documents de voyage valides (c.-à-d., une pièce d'identité
avec photo valide et émise par le gouvernement, un passeport, etc.). Le gagnant du grand prix et son invité sont responsables
de la souscription facultative d'une assurance de voyage (et toute autre forme d’assurance) et reconnaissent par le présent
Règlement que l’Organisateurs n’a pas souscrit et ne souscrira pas d’assurance de voyage ou toute autre forme d’assurance.
Aucun(e) remboursement ou indemnisation ne sera effectué(e) si tout vol venait à être annulé ou retardé sauf à la seule
discrétion de l’Organisateur. Le séjour est soumis à toutes les clauses et conditions définies dans le présent Règlement.
L’Organisateur ne peut être tenu responsable de tout(e) annulation, retard, déroutement ou modification de vol ou tout
agissement ou omission quelconque de la part de toute compagnie aérienne ou toute autre compagnie de transport ou toute
autre personne fournissant ces services à des passagers y compris tout changement dans les services et l’hébergement
engendré par ceux-ci.
Au cas où le gagnant d’un prix et/ou son invité se comporteraient durant le séjour (selon et à la seule discrétion de
l’Organisateur) de manière odieuse ou menaçante, illégale ou importune, insulte, menace ou harcèle qui que ce soit, ou qui
de quelque manière que ce soit, dénigre ou nuit à la réputation, à l' image et/ou à la notoriété de l’Organisateur ou de ses
services, produits, marques déposées, marques de service ou logo, l’Organisateur se réserve le droit de mettre fin au séjour
de manière anticipée, et de renvoyer le gagnant du prix et/ou son invité chez lui/eux, ce qui aura pour effet la disqualification
du gagnant du prix du Jeu et l’annulation de tout (en tout et en partie) prix. Au cas où le gagnant d’un prix et/ou son invité
se comportent durant le séjour (selon et à la seule discrétion de l’Organisateur) de manière illégale, délictuelle, ou entraine
l’arrestation ou la détention du gagnant ou de son invité, l’Organisateur ne sera pas tenu de payer tout dommage, frais,
amende, jugement ou autre coût et dépense de toute nature que ce soit résultant du comportement du gagnant du prix et de
son invité. L’ORGANISATEUR NE PEUT ÊTRE TENU RESPONSABLE D’AUCUN(E) BLESSURE CORPORELLE,
DÉCÈS, DOMMAGE MATÉRIEL OU AUTRE DOMMAGE OU DÉPENSES RÉSULTANT OU DÉCOULANT DE
TOUT VOYAGE LIÉ AU PRIX OU TOUT AUTRE ASPECT D’UN PRIX QUE LE GAGNANT OU SON INVITÉ A
ACCEPTÉ OU UTILISÉ. POUR LES RÉSIDENTS DU ROYAUME-UNI : LA PRÉSENTE DÉCHARGE NE
S’APPLIQUE PAS AUX RÉCLAMATIONS DE BLESSURE OU DE MORT RÉSULTANT DE NÉGLIGENCE DE LA
PART DE L’ORGANISATEUR. POUR LES RÉSIDENTS EN FRANCE : LA PRÉSENTE DÉCHARGE NE
S’APPLIQUE PAS AUX DOMMAGES CORPORELS OU AU DECES NI AUX DOMMAGES MATERIELS CAUSES
PAR L’ORGANISATEUR.
7. Conditions générales : L’Organisateur se réserve le droit d'annuler, de suspendre et/ou de modifier le Jeu ou une partie
de celui-ci, en cas de fraude, de défaillances techniques qui ne lui sont pas imputables ou de toute autre élément de force
majeure ou fait d'un tiers qui compromet l’intégrité ou le bon déroulement du Jeu, et en cas d’annulation de remettre les
prix en effectuant un tirage au sort parmi toutes les participations admissibles reçues avant l’annulation. Aucun fait de
tolérance par l’Organisateur ou l'Administrateur ne saurait constituer une renonciation de ceux-ci à l'une quelconque des
dispositions du présent Règlement.
MISE EN GARDE : TOUTE TENTATIVE PAR UN PARTICIPANT OU TOUT AUTRE INDIVIDU D'ENDOMMAGER
INTENTIONNELLEMENT TOUT SITE WEB ASSOCIÉ AU JEU OU DE SABOTER LE FONCTIONNEMENT
LÉGITIME DU JEU EST SUSCEPTIBLE DE CONSTITUER UNE VIOLATION DES LOIS PENALES ET CIVILES,
ET SI UNE TELLE TENTATIVE DEVAIT ETRE FAITE, L’ORGANISATEUR SE RÉSERVE LE DROIT DE
POURSUIVRE ET DE RÉCLAMER DES DOMMAGES ET INTÉRÊTS À LA PERSONNE RESPONSABLE DANS LA
PLEINE MESURE PERMISE PAR LA LOI. L’Organisateur se réserve le droit, de disqualifier tout individu qui falsifie
ou tente de falsifier ou de saboter le processus de participation, et/ou le déroulement légitime du Jeu ; qui viole le Règlement
officiel ; ou qui agit de façon déloyale ou nuisible, ou dans l’intention d’importuner, de maltraiter, de menacer ou de harceler
toute autre personne. Si pour les raisons citées ci-dessus le Jeu ne peut se dérouler comme prévu, l’Organisateur se réserve
le droit, d'annuler toute participation suspecte et (a) de modifier le Jeu ou suspendre le Jeu afin de réparer le problème puis
le reprendre de manière à correspondre au mieux possible à l'esprit du présent Règlement ; ou (b) d’attribuer les prix par
tirage au sort parmi les participations admissibles reçues à la date où le problème est survenu.
8. Décharge et limitation de responsabilité : En participant au Jeu, les participants acceptent que l’Organisateur,
l'Administrateur, Marriott International , INC et leurs sociétés mères, sociétés affiliées, filiales, franchisés, mandataires,
représentants, consultants, sous-traitants, conseillers juridiques, agences publicitaires, de relations publiques,
promotionnelles, de gestion de coupons et de marketing, fournisseurs de sites Web, administrateurs de sites Web ainsi que
leurs dirigeants, administrateurs, employés, représentants et agents respectifs (les « Parties ») ne seront nullement tenus
responsables de : (1) toute information incorrecte ou inexacte, causée soit par les participants, soit par erreur d’impression,
soit par l’équipement ou le programme associé au ou utilisé pour le Jeu ; (2) défaillances techniques de toute nature,
notamment mais non exclusivement, les dysfonctionnements, interruptions ou déconnexion de lignes téléphonique ou de
logiciel ou matériel de réseau non imputables aux Parties ; (3) l’intervention non-autorisée d’une personne durant le
processus de participation ou du Jeu ; (4) l’erreur technique ou humaine pouvant survenir dans le contexte de gestion du Jeu
ou le processus de participation non imputables aux Parties ; ou (5) tout dommage matériel du fait, directement ou
indirectement, en tout ou en partie, de la participation au Jeu non imputable aux Parties ou la remise ou l’utilisation ou le
mauvais usage de tout prix. EN PARTICIPANT AU JEU, LES PARTICIPANTS ACCEPTENT QUE LES PARTIES NE
SERONT NULLEMENT TENUES RESPONSABLES DE, ET LES PARTICIPANTS LES EXONÈRENT DE, TOUTE
RESPONSABILITÉ DE BLESSURE CORPORELLE, PERTE OU DOMMAGE EN TOUT GENRE ENVERS DES
PERSONNES, Y COMPRIS LA MORT, OU LA PROPRIÉTÉ, DU FAIT EN TOUT OU EN PARTIE, DIRECTEMENT
OU INDIRECTEMENT, DE L'ACCEPTATION, LA POSSESSION, L’UTILISATION OU L’ABUS DU PRIX, LA
PARTICIPATION OU LA PARTICIPATION AU JEU OU TOUTE AUTRE ACTIVITÉ DE PROMOTION LIÉE AU
JEU, OU TOUTE AUTRE RÉCLAMATION BASÉE SUR DES DROITS PUBLICITAIRES, LA DIFFAMATION,
L’INVASION DE LA VIE PRIVÉE OU LA LIVRAISON DE MARCHANDISE. LES PARTIES RENONCIATAIRES
NE SONT PAS TENUES RESPONSABLES DE L’IMPOSSIBILITÉ DE REMETTRE TOUT PRIX DU FAIT D’UNE
ANNULATION, RETARD OU INTERRUPTION RÉSULTANT DE CAS DE FORCE MAJEURE, D’ACTES DE
GUERRE, DE CATASTROPHES NATURELLES, D'INTEMPÉRIES OU DE TERRORISME. POUR LES RÉSIDENTS

EN PARTICIPANT AU JEU, LES PARTICIPANTS ACCEPTENT QUE LES PARTIES NE SERONT NULLEMENT
TENUES RESPONSABLES DE TOUS DOMMAGES-INTÉRÊTS INDIRECTS, CONSÉCUTIFS OU PUNITIFS
NOTAMMENT TOUT DOMMAGE MATÉRIEL DÉCOULANT DE L’ACCÈS OU DE L’UTILISATION DE TOUT
SITE INTERNET ASSOCIÉ AU JEU OU LE TÉLÉCHARGEMENT À PARTIR ET/OU DE L’IMPRESSION DE
MATÉRIEL TÉLÉCHARGÉ À PARTIR D’UN TEL SITE.
9. Publicité. EN ACCEPTANT LE PRESENT REGLEMENT, LES GAGNANTS ACCORDENT A L’ORGANISATEUR
ET ADMINISTRATEUR , MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL, INC, (L’ACCORD SERA CONFIRMÉ PAR ÉCRIT À LA
DEMANDE DE L’ORGANISATEUR ET DE L'ADMINISTRATEUR), ET À CEUX AGISSANT SUR LEUR
AUTORITÉ, LE DROIT ET LA PERMISSION D’IMPRIMER, DE PUBLIER, DE DIFFUSER ET D’UTILISER, DANS
LE MONDE ENTIER ET PENDANT UNE DURÉE DE DEUX (2) ANS À COMPTER DE LA DATE DE
PARTICIPATION DANS TOUT MÉDIA CONNU À CE JOUR OU CONÇU ULTÉRIEUREMENT, NOTAMMENT
MAIS NON EXCLUSIVEMENT, INTERNET, TÉLÉVISION, RADIO, PRESSE ÉCRITE, AFFICHAGE, CINÉMA,
ETC. AINSI QUE SUR TOUT SUPPORT (DOCUMENTS IMPRIMÉS, AFFICHES, PRESSE, SUPPORTS EN LIGNE
TELS QUE BANNIÈRES PUBLICITAIRES ET EMAILINGS, PUBLICITÉS AUDIOVISUELLES, ETC.) , LE NOM,
PORTRAIT, PHOTO, VOIX, IMAGE, PARTICIPATION, INFORMATIONS BIOGRAPHIQUES À DES FINS
PUBLICITAIRES, COMMERCIALES ET PROMOTIONNELLES (NOTAMMENT L’ANNONCE DE SON NOM À LA
TÉLÉVISION OU À LA RADIO) ET SANS RÉMUNÉRATION, CONSIDÉRATION, PERMISSION OU
NOTIFICATION SUPPLÉMENTAIRE. LES PARTICIPANTS ACCEPTENT QUE L’ORGANISATEUR SOIT
PROPRIÉTAIRE DES PARTICIPATIONS, QUI NE DONNERONT LIEU À UN ACCUSÉ DE RÉCEPTION OU NE

Unvollständige, verstümmelte oder verspätete Registrierungen sind ungültig und werden disqualifiziert. Der
Sponsor und seine Agenturen sind weder haftbar für verlorengegangene, verspätete, unvollständige,
beschädigte, gestohlene oder fehlgeleitete Registrierungen, noch für unterbrochene oder nicht verfügbare
Internetverbindungen, noch für Software- oder Hardware-Fehlfunktionen, Probleme bei der telefonischen
Übermittlung, technische Störungen, verstümmelte Übertragungen, Schäden an der Soft- oder Hardware der
Teilnehmer/innen, noch andere Fehler oder Fehlfunktionen jedweder Art, ob menschlich, mechanisch,
elektronisch oder anders geartet. Der Nachweis der Übermittlung gilt beim Sponsor nicht als
Eingangsnachweis. Wenn die Identität eines/r Teilnehmers/in unklar ist, gilt der offizielle Kontoinhaber der
bei der Teilnahme verwendeten E-Mail-Adresse als Teilnehmer/in. Der „offizielle Kontoinhaber“ ist
diejenige natürliche Person, der von einem Internet-Provider, Onlineserviceprovider oder einer anderen
Organisation (z.B. einem Arbeitgeber), die für die Vergabe von E-Mail Adressen für die der übermittelten EMail Adressen entsprechenden Domain verantwortlich ist, eine E-Mail-Adresse zugewiesen wurde.
Potenzielle Gewinner/innen können aufgefordert werden, nachzuweisen, dass sie die Kontoinhaber sind.
Anmeldungen mit einer ungültigen, nicht funktionierenden oder nicht aktiven E-Mail-Adresse werden
disqualifiziert und sind nicht gewinnberechtigt.
4. Ziehung der Gewinner: Am oder um den 5. Oktober 2015 werden ein/e (1) Gewinner/in des
Hauptpreises, ein/e (1) Gewinner/in des Ersten Preises, ein/e (1) Gewinner/in des Zweiten Preises, ein/e (1)
Gewinner/in des Dritten Preises und ein/e (1) Gewinner/in des Vierten Preises nach dem Zufallsprinzip aus
allen teilnahmeberechtigten Registrierungen, die während des Gewinnspielzeitraums eingegangen sind,
gezogen. Die Ziehung wird vom Gewinnspielleiter in seinem Büro in Roissy en France, FRANKREICH
durchgeführt. Die Entscheidungen des Gewinnspielleiters in Bezug auf alle Angelegenheiten dieses
Gewinnspiels sind endgültig und verbindlich. Die Gewinnchancen sind abhängig von der Anzahl der
eingegangenen gültigen Registrierungen.
5. Gewinnbenachrichtigung: Die potenziellen Gewinner/innen werden am oder um den 15. Oktober 2015
per E-Mail benachrichtigt. Potenzielle Gewinner/innen des Haupt-, Ersten und Zweiten Preises erhalten per
E-Mail eine eidesstattliche Erklärung über die Teilnahmeberechtigung, eine Veröffentlichungsfreigabe und
Haftungsbefreiung (wo gesetzlich zugelassen) („eidesstattliche Erklärung“) und werden aufgefordert, diese
auszufüllen, zu unterschreiben und innerhalb von vierzehn (14) Tagen nach Erhalt der Benachrichtigung per
E-Mail/Fax zurückzuschicken, um ihren Preis in Anspruch nehmen zu können. Die potenziellen
Gewinner/innen des Dritten und Vierten Preises werden aufgefordert, ihre E-Mail-Adresse innerhalb von
vierzehn (14) Tagen nach Erhalt der Benachrichtigung zu bestätigen, um ihren Preis in Anspruch nehmen zu
können.
Wenn ein/e potenzielle/r Gewinner/in die geforderten Dokumente nicht innerhalb des verlangten Zeitraums
zurückschickt, oder die Gewinnbenachrichtigung unzustellbar ist, oder falls ein/e potenzielle/r Gewinner/in
aus irgendeinem Grund disqualifiziert wird, verfällt für diese/n jeglicher Anspruch auf den betreffenden
Preis.
Potenzielle Gewinner/innen werden vom Gewinnspielleiter überprüft. Dessen Entscheidungen sind endgültig
und IN ALLEN WETTBEWERBSBEZOGENEN ANGELEGENHEITEN VERBINDLICH. Ein/e

6. Preise und deren ungefährer Einzelhandelspreis („EHP“): Hauptpreis (1): Ein Aufenthalt mit fünf (5)
aufeinander folgenden Übernachtungen für den/die Gewinner/in und einen Gast in einem beliebigen Marriott
Hotel in Europa. Der max. EHP des Hauptgewinns entspricht 1.500 €. Erster Preis (1): Ein Marriott Bett. Der
max. EHP des Ersten Preises entspricht 1.850 €. Zweiter Preis (1): Ein exklusives Marriott Bettwaren-Set
(kein Bett). Der max. EHP des Zweiten Preises entspricht 1.295 €. Dritter Preis (1): Ein Paar Marriott Federund Daunenkissen. Der max. EHP des Dritten Preises entspricht 190 €. Vierter Preis (1): Ein Shampoo- und
Conditioner-Set von Acca Kappa. Der max. EHP des Vierten Preises entspricht 35 €.
Der max. EHP aller Preise entspricht 5.770 €. Limit: ein (1) Preis pro Person/Haushalt.
Preisbeschränkungen: Preise können nicht ausgetauscht, abgetreten, übertragen oder gegen Bargeld eingelöst
werden; allerdings behält sich der Sponsor das Recht vor, für einen Preis einen angemessenen Ersatz nach
eigenem Ermessen zu liefern, falls ein Preis (oder ein Teil eines Preises) nicht mehr zur Verfügung steht. Die
Gewinner/innen sind für den Verlust eines Preises oder eines Teils eines Preises nach Auslieferung selbst
verantwortlich. Der Sponsor ersetzt verloren gegangene oder gestohlene Preise nicht. Für alle Steuern,
Gebühren und Abgaben, die sich aus der Annahme der Preise ergeben, auch alle hier nicht ausdrücklich
genannten, sind die Gewinner/innen der Preise ausschließlich selbst verantwortlich. Der EHP jedes Preises
unterliegt den allgemeinen Preisschwankungen des entsprechenden Verbrauchermarktes und kann deshalb
zum Zeitpunkt der Vergabe oder der Einlösung des Preises von den hier genannten Werten abweichen. Ist
der Verkaufspreis zum Zeitpunkt der Verleihung oder der Einlösung des Preises niedriger als der hier
aufgeführt EHP, so ergibt sich daraus NICHT das Recht auf Zahlung des Preisunterschieds. Der Hauptpreis
gilt für ein Standard-Doppelzimmer in einem Marriott Hotel in Europa bis zu einem max. Zimmerpreis in
Höhe von 300 €/Nacht. Die An- und Abreise zum Hotel ist nicht Bestandteil des Hauptpreises. Der
Aufenthalt muss innerhalb eines Jahr nach der Preisvergabe angetreten werden. Danach verfällt der Preis.
Alle Gebühren und Ausgaben (wie Sicherheitskosten, Trinkgeld, Gepäckgebühren, Mahlzeiten, Transfers
und weitere Nebenkosten), die sich aus der Annahme und Nutzung des Preises ergeben, auch diejenigen, die
hier nicht ausdrücklich aufgeführt sind, sind allein von den Gewinnern/innen zu tragen. Einschränkungen
und Ausschlusstermine können gelten. Der Aufenthalt kann nicht mit einem anderen Angebot kombiniert
werden. Beim Einchecken wird eine anerkannte Kreditkarte benötigt, um mögliche Nebenkosten
abzudecken. Der Gast der/s Gewinnerin/s, bzw. dessen Erziehungsberechtigter, falls der Gast noch
minderjährig ist, muss vor Antritt des Aufenthaltes eine Haftungsfreistellung unterzeichnen. Der/die
Gewinner/in des Hauptpreises und sein/ihr Gast müssen gültige Reisedokumente (gültiger Lichtbildausweis,
Reisepass etc.). besitzen und sich gegebenenfalls um eine Reiseversicherung (und alle anderen Arten von
Versicherungen) ihrer Wahl kümmern. Sie erkennen hiermit an, dass der Sponsor keine Reiseversicherung
oder andere Formen von Versicherungen anbietet oder vermittelt. Im Fall der Annullierung oder der
Verzögerung eines Fluges erfolgt keine Erstattung und kein Ausgleich, außer im Ermessen des Sponsors.
Der Aufenthalt unterliegt den hier festgelegten Bestimmungen. Der Sponsor ist nicht haftbar für
Annullierungen, Verzögerungen, Änderungen oder Ersatz oder jedwedes Versäumnis eines
Luftfahrtunternehmen, sonstiger Transportunternehmen oder anderer Personen, die solche Dienstleistungen
für Passagiere erbringen, einschließlich der möglichen Folgen, wie Änderungen der Dienstleistungen oder
Unterkünfte, die dadurch erforderlich werden.
Sollte ein/e Preisgewinner/in und/oder sein/ihr Gast während des Aufenthaltes ein Verhalten an den Tag
legen, das (nach Auffassung und alleinigem Ermessen des Sponsors) anstößig, bedrohlich oder illegal ist,
oder das darauf ausgerichtet ist, andere Personen zu bedrohen oder zu belästigen, oder das den Ruf, das
Ansehen und/oder das Prestige des Sponsors oder eine seiner Dienstleistungen, Produkte, Handelsmarken,
Dienstleistungsmarken oder Logos verunglimpft oder nachteilig beeinflusst, behält der Sponsoren sich das
Recht vor, den Aufenthalt vorzeitig zu beenden und den/die Gewinner/in und seinen/ihren Gast ohne weitere
Verpflichtungen oder einen wie auch immer gearteten Ausgleich aufzufordern, das Hotel zu verlassen (dies
kann, nach Ermessen des Sponsors, dazu führen, dass der/die Gewinner/in vom Gewinnspiel disqualifiziert
wird und der (und/oder alle) Preis/e verfallen). Wenn der/die Gewinner/in während des Aufenthalts ein
Verhalten an den Tag legt, das (nach Auffassung und alleinigem Ermessen des Sponsors) illegal oder
verboten ist oder dazu führt, dass der/die Gewinner/in oder sein/ihr Gast verhaftet wird oder in Arrest
kommt, ist der Sponsor nicht zur Zahlung von Entschädigungen, Gebühren, Geldstrafen,
Gerichtsentscheiden oder anderen Kosten oder Ausgaben jedweder Art verpflichtet, die dem/der Gewinner/in
oder seinem/ihren Gast als Folge seines Verhaltens entstehen. DER SPONSOR IST KEINESFALLS
HAFTBAR FÜR PERSONENSCHÄDEN, TOD, BESCHÄDIGUNG VON EIGENTUM ODER ANDERE
SCHÄDEN ODER AUSGABEN, DIE IN VERBINDUNG MIT ODER ALS FOLGE AUS
REISEAKTIVITÄTEN IN BEZUG AUF DEN PREIS ODER ANDEREN FAKTOREN, DIE DURCH DIE
ANNAHME ODER NUTZUNG DES PREISES DURCH DEN/DIE GEWINNER/IN DES PREISES ODER
SEINES/IHRES GASTS, ENTSTEHEN. FÜR EINWOHNER/INNEN GROSSBRITANNIENS: DIESE
FREISTELLUNG GILT NICHT FÜR ANSPRÜCHE AUFGRUND VON DURCH FAHRLÄSSIGKEIT
DES SPONSORS VERURSACHTE PERSONENSCHÄDEN ODER TOD.
7. Allgemeine Bedingungen: Der Sponsor behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel oder jeden beliebigen
Teil davon nach eigenem Ermessen zu annullieren, auszusetzen und/oder zu verändern, falls durch Betrug,
technische Störungen oder jegliche andere Faktoren außerhalb der Kontrolle des Sponsors die Integrität oder
der ordentliche Ablauf des Gewinnspiels gestört wird. Im Fall der Annullierung werden die Preise unter allen
teilnahmeberechtigten Anmeldungen, die vor der Annullierung eingegangen sind, nach dem Zufallsprinzip
vergeben. Der Sponsor und seine Agenturen sind weder haftbar für verloren gegangene, verspätete,
unvollständige, beschädigte, gestohlene oder fehlgeleitete Registrierungen, noch für unterbrochene oder
nicht verfügbare Internet- oder andere Verbindungen, verstümmelte Übertragungen, Probleme bei der
telefonischen Übermittlung, noch für Software- oder Hardware-Fehlfunktionen oder Schäden an der Softoder Hardware eines/r Teilnehmers/in, technische Störungen oder andere Fehler oder Fehlfunktionen
jedweder Art, ob menschlich, mechanisch, elektronisch oder anders geartet. Ein Versand- oder
Übermittlungsnachweis einer Registrierung gilt beim Sponsor nicht als Eingangsnachweis. Die Unterlassung
der Durchsetzung einer, in diesen offiziellen Teilnahmebedingungen aufgeführten Bestimmungen stellt
keinen Verzicht des Sponsors/Gewinnspielleiters auf die Einhaltung dieser Bestimmung dar.
HINWEIS: JEDER VERSUCH EINE MIT DIESEM WETTBEWERB IN ZUSAMMENHANG

Preises entstehen oder damit in Verbindung stehen, ausschließlich die französischen Gesetze gelten,
ungeachtet der dort geltenden gesetzlichen Regelungen bezüglich konkurrierender Rechtsordnungen.
Streitfälle werden ausschließlich einzeln und ohne die Möglichkeit irgendeiner Form der Sammelklage
geklärt; (2) für jegliche juristische Vorgehen, die sich aus oder im Zusammenhang mit diesem Gewinnspiel

zuständig sind. Die Teilnehmer erklären sich ausdrücklich mit dem Gerichtsstand Frankreich einverstanden
und dass sie sich im Fall eines Prozesses der Rechtsprechung dieser Gerichte fügen; (3) alle und jedwede
