Au cœur du Languedoc, entre Béziers et Montpellier, tourné vers la Mer Méditerranée,
le Château Saint Martin de la Garrigue protège ses 160 hectares de propriété,
alternant vignes, garrigues, pinèdes et oliviers.
Riche en histoire et souvenirs, le Domaine se présente autour d’une chapelle romane
du IXème siècle et d’un Château du style Renaissance étant aujourd’hui un parfait équilibre
entre histoire et modernité.
Le domaine est fier de sa collection de 18 cépages (10 rouges et 8 blancs)
qui permet d’élaborer une gamme de vins riche et variée.
La culture de la vigne et des oliviers est raisonnée et certifiée (Terra Vitis).
Le domaine produit en moyenne chaque année 300 000 bouteilles en AOP Languedoc,
GRES de Montpellier et AOP Picpoul de Pinet commercialisées en France et à travers le monde.
Un terroir riche et exclusif, petits rendements, vendanges à la maturité maximale,
assemblages complexes donnent des vins concentrés et aromatiques,
récompensés sur les nombreux Concours de dégustation à l’international.
Château Saint Martin de la Garrigue is one of the most beautiful wine properties
in the South of France. Renaissance style Castle of 15-th century and Chapel of 9-th century
arounded by the majestic parc of 3 Ha. 110 Ha of garrigue, pine and olive trees compleet
63 Ha of vineyards with its nine red and eight white grape varieties.
Traceability, a sistainable viniculture and the adaptation of both traditional and modern wine
making techniques are the foundation of Saint Martin de la Garrigue.
The fifty plots that make up the estate vineyards stand around the château in a typically
Mediterranean environment. The smell of the pine woods intermingles with the pungent aromas
of evergreen oak, almond, olive, thyme, rosemary and downy cistus that dominate
the surrounding Mediterranean garrigue.
The Production of almoust 300 000 bottles each year in AOC Coteaux du Languedoc,
AOC Gres du Montpellier and AOC Picpoul de Pinet is sold throughout the world.
Exclusif terroir, small yealds and harvesting at late maturiy of the grape give consentrate and
aromatic wines that receive big number of prises in different international tasting contests.
