About us - UE35 – Union des Entreprises 35

The Union des Entreprises 35 (Corporate Association) is the MEDEF (French Business
Confederation) delegation in Ille-et-Vilaine, Brittany. It federates 3,500 companies,
including 18 professional federations* and 800 direct member companies, representing some
150,000 jobs.
As an employers' union, its mission is to defend the interests of companies in their relations
with the administration and public institutions; beyond its lobbying actions,
UE35 – MEDEF 35 acts as mediator between the decentralized State and the companies of
Ille-et-Vilaine.
UE35 – MEDEF 35 is also a team of experts who support and advise companies in the
following fields:
► Legal and corporate;
► Environmental health and safety;
► Tax issues;
► Human resources, training and occupational health;
► International relations.
To manage its network, numbering more than 1,800 management contributors, UE35 –
MEDEF 35 organises, each year, a programme of events, meeting, symposia and
conferences, offering not only precious training, but also acting as a place to meet and
exchange, an essential activity for company directors in order to break their isolation and
allow them to share their experience.
