L'INSCRIPTION pour une voiture et deux personnes s’élève à 2 500 € TTC/ENTRY FEE is € 2,500 VAT incl. per car with two people.
L’ENGAGEMENT COMPREND/THE ENTRY FEES INCLUDE:
L'exposition de la voiture sur les Parterres Le Nôtre du Château de Chantilly et sa participation au concours d’état « Les Plus Belles
Voitures du Monde » /The display of the car at the Château de Chantilly (on the Le Nôtre Lawns) and her participation in the Concours "The Most
Beautiful Cars in the World".
Samedi : Les participants du concours auront le choix entre diverses facettes de l’Art de Vivre à la Française :
-Un Rallye touristique dans les forêts de Chantilly et Senlis.
-Une Journée d’Elégance à Paris avec visite privée d’un atelier de Grande Maison et découverte de la gastronomie française.
On Saturday: ‘The Most Beautiful Cars in the World’ entrants will have the possibility to choose between several French Art de Vivre celebrations:
- A touristic rally in the Chantilly and Senlis forests.
- A Day of Elegance in Paris with the visit of a beautiful Parisian luxury designer workshop and the discovery of French gastronomy.
Dimanche : Les voitures seront examinées par les membres du jury dans la matinée et défileront à partir de 14h devant la tribune
officielle. Les participants du concours « Les Plus Belles Voitures du Monde » pourront participer à toutes les activités mises en place
autour de la gastronomie et l’œnologie, l’univers de la mode ou encore les Beaux-Arts et l’Art Equestre.
On Sunday: The cars will be examined by the jury in the morning and will parade in front of the official grandstand from 14:00 on. The entrants in 'The
Most beautiful Cars in the World’ Concours can participate in all activities organised around Gastronomy and Oenology, Fashion or Fine Arts and
Equestrian Art.
L’hôtellerie: Trois nuits en chambre double (du 5 au 7 septembre inclus) dans un hôtel de luxe aux abords du Domaine de
Chantilly/Accommodation: three nights in a luxurious hotel -double room- (from 5 to 7 September inclusive) nearby the Domaine de Chantilly.
La restauration pour 2 personnes (petit déjeuner, déjeuner, dîner) du dîner du Vendredi 5 Septembre au petit déjeuner du Lundi 8
Septembre/Catering for two people (breakfast, lunch, dinner) from dinner on Friday 5 to breakfast on Monday 8 September

CONFIRMATION DES INSCRIPTIONS /ENTRY CONFIRMATIONS
 Les inscriptions seront confirmées au plus vite et une liste d’attente sera aussitôt constituée.
Entries will be confirmed at the earliest possible and a waiting list will be opened.
 Les inscriptions refusées seront retournées avec leur paiement.
Refused entries will be returned with the entry fee.
DESISTEMENTS/WITHDRAWALS
 En cas de désistement avant le 15 avril 2014 la somme de 1000 € restera acquise au titre des frais administratifs.
In case of withdrawal by the entrant before 15 April 2014 a € 1000 fee will be retained.
 En cas de désistement après le 15 avril 2014 la totalité des droits d’engagement restera acquise à l’Organisation.
In case of withdrawal after 15 April 2014 the total entry fee will be kept by the Organisers.
Aucune dérogation ne sera faite à ces dispositions/There will be no exception concerning these dispositions.
