This is without a doubt a most outstanding luxury villa for rent; one of the most
impressive in the south of Spain. The architectural design is imaginative, the finishes
and facilities are of the highest quality; the views of Gibraltar and North Africa are
inspiring. The villa is situated next to the prestigious Los Flamingo golf course, while it
is only a 10 minutes' drive from Marbella and Puerto Banus.
The private villa is generous in all its dimensions, it has clean lines, an uncluttered
interior, and soft natural light in abundance. All interiors have been completed to a 5
star quality, including Fendi designer furniture in the sitting and dining areas. The
professionally equipped kitchen, BBQ and outdoor cooking area were designed to
cater for large groups with the greatest ease. There is lift access to all floors and the
villa is wheelchair friendly to accommodate disabled guests.
The villa sleeps up to 20 guests in absolute comfort in 10 bedrooms with as many
bathrooms. The bathrooms have, amongst other, Vileroy & Boch oversize baths, rainshower wet rooms and dressing rooms attached to bedrooms.
The heated indoor swimming pool is ideal for relaxed indulging. Al Fresco dining on a
roofed terrace with the sun going down in the west in shades of orange and pink and
purple, provides a holiday experience never to be forgotten. The residence has a
wonderful garden with a magnificent outdoor swimming pool and a private tennis court
and it shares a putting green with the next door sister villa. The plot of this spacious
villa is secluded and part of a gated community with 24 hour security.
