Les fils enduits peuvent être assimilés à des composites : l’âme
assure la stabilité dimensionnelle, l’enduction apporte la tenue
aux uV et au feu ainsi qu’un aspect décoratif avec la couleur
(stores pour protection solaire extérieure et intérieure, grillage
moustiquaire, tapis de sols tissés, joints de fenêtre, fil couture,
protections thermiques… ).
Elles apportent renfort, stabilité dimensionnelle, support ou
aide au process (revêtements de sol, étanchéité, adhésif, isolation
aluminium, renfort papier, isolation thermique par l’extérieur
avec certification CstBât).
Ils apportent stabilité mécanique, tenue à la température et au
feu (Isolation thermique et acoustique, filtration de gaz chauds,
renfort d’adhésif, supports d’enduction…).

Les réglementations sur l’environnement sont de plus en plus
strictes et par conséquent la collecte des particules issues de
process industriels doit être de plus en plus efficace, notamment
pour les producteurs de carbone, d’asphalte, de ciment ou pour
les raffineries.

Les tissus de verre représentent la solution optimale pour les
environnements opérant à des températures allant de 150 à 260°
C. sous forme de poches ou de manches, ils collectent la poussière des gaz chauds qui s’accumule à la surface en formant une
couche compacte. Celle-ci est éliminée lors du décolmatage réalisé
à fréquence élevée.
Le choix du fil, la construction du tissu ainsi que le traitement
de surface permettent d’atteindre des niveaux de performances
élevés dans la filtration elle-même, mais aussi dans la durée de
vie des installations, que ce soit pour des process avec nettoyage
mécanique ou par air pulsé.

Nos grilles, en fil polyester ou verre, sont utilisées pour renforcer
des membranes d’étanchéité, destinées aux toitures plates ou
inclinées, ou aux bassins et liners de piscines. La grille améliore
et augmente significativement la résistance à la déchirure des
membranes, la résistance au poinçonnement et la stabilité
dimensionnelle.
Le renfort que constitue la grille ou la grille associée à un support
(voile de verre, non tissé…) permet aux membranes de résister à
des conditions climatiques extrêmes sans altération dans le temps.
Leur exceptionnel ratio épaisseur / performance, en comparaison
avec des renforts de technologies différentes, en fait un atout
majeur tant au niveau technique qu’économique.
Notre savoir-faire chimique nous permet d’adapter l’imprégnation de nos grilles à toutes les membranes polymères (PVC,
Polyoléfine, caoutchouc, bitume…) ainsi que de personnaliser
les imprégnations en fonction de critères spécifiques (conductivité,
ignifugation…).

Our scrims, in polyester or glass, are used to reinforce waterproofing membranes, dedicated to flat or inclining roofs or
pools and swimming-pool liners. the scrim improves and increases
significantly the tearing strength of the membranes, the punching
resistance and the dimensional stability.
Thanks to the reinforcement operated by the scrim alone
or the scrim in addition to a support (glass veil, non woven…),
the membranes can resist extreme weather conditions without
any alteration along the time. Their exceptional thickness /
performance ratio is an essential advantage technically or
economically speaking in comparison with reinforcements of
different technologies.
Our chemical know-how allows us to adapt the impregnation of
our scrims to all the polymer membranes (PVC, polyolefin, rubber,
bitumen, …) and also to customize the impregnations according
to specific criteria (conductivity, fireproofing…).

Les spécifications de base de nos tissus de verre noirs permettent
de maximiser la résistance mécanique du produit fini et donc de

HVAC (High Ventilation Air Condition): the basic specifications of our black glass fabrics dedicated to this application,
allows us to maximize the mechanical resistance. And has a
consequence to decrease cost of maintenance, in combination
with keeping a good acoustic level performance.
Marine. Nos tissus de verre blancs sont dédiés aux habillages
intérieurs de pièces de navires (emplacement moteurs, chaudières).
Ces tissus répondent aux tests dits Imo (tenue au feu spécifique).
Marine: In this particular sector, glass fabrics are white and have
to fulfill tests called Imo (specific fire resistance). they are dedicated for interior trim to insulate special rooms in the ships such
as engine rooms, boilers …
Nos tissus de verre peuvent aussi recevoir des traitements
antifongique, hydrophobique mais aussi une enduction de poudre
hot-melt permettant ensuite de transformer le tissu directement
(par pression et température) sur votre matériau isolant.
We can also add on the glass fabric such properties as fungi
resistance, hydrophobic treatment and also offer a hot-melt glue
coating. this gives possibility to convert the fabric directly with
temperature and pressure on your thermal insulation material.
PLAFOND/ MURAL. dans les zones particulières des bâtiments
accueillant du public (écoles, gymnases, bureaux) notre gamme
de tissu dédiée apporte à la fois un aspect décoratif tout en
garantissant les propriétés telles que la résistance au
poinçonnement, la résistance au feu.

fabrics brings decorative aspect with technical properties to the
