Venez passer l’été en français avec FMS !
Semaine 1: Fête de la musique
Let’s kick off summer in the French tradition of a celebration of music. Children will sing,
dance, create instruments from recycled items and discover different genres of music.
Semaine 2: Vive l’été
Continuons la fête with a week of summer crafts and games including a sun, sunprints,
la marelle and relays.
Semaine 3: Allons à la plage
What is summer without a trip to the beach? Children will explore la plage through
water and sand play, sea animal crafts and salt paintings.
Semaine 4: Voyage en France
Vive la France! Let’s jump across the Atlantic for a week tout en

Children will make French flags, taste French cheese and make firework art.
Semaine 5: Faisons du camping
After a week in France the children will head to “camp” making edible
campfires, craft tents and mountain animals.
Semaine 6: Chez les dinosaures
We will finish up the summer with voyage dans le passé to the time of
dinosaurs! Children will make 3D and 2D dinos and dig for fossils.
