Company Mixa employs 50 employees. Due to financial difficulties, it had to close
part of its business and to dismiss 25 employees as redundant. Some of the employees
dismissed claim that this is not within the definition of redundancy. Advise them on
this question ( do not examine the questions of consultation or remedies).
2) Answer the following questions
a) What are the main differences between wrongful trading and fraudulent trading
b) Mention four automatically unfair reasons for dismissing an employee
