MESO-NEEDLING AND LED
INSTRUMENTAL STUDY ON STRETCH MARKS
Instrumental study realized by an independant clinical research center in dermatology
(GREDECO, Paris, France) on 15 subjects.

Objective : To measure the improvement of stretch marks
(abdomen, hips, buttocks), 1 recent and 14 old, with the association Mesoneedling NCTF 135HA + LED.

Protocol: 12 sessions , 1 session per week during 12 weeks
 Meso-needling NCFT135HA, (1mm needles)
 LED : Continuous red and pulsed near IR (294Hz) in the same time
during 12 minutes (8,64 Joules/cm2 for continuous red and 7,2 Joules /cm2 for pulsed NIR

Evaluation at D10 and D90 after the end of the treatment
 Dermatologic scoring on wrinkled aspect, depth of the stretch marks
 Profilometric study (Skin Station®, unit: Volume/ mm2)
 Chromatic analysis between stretch marks and normal skin
(Chromameter Konica Minolta CR/DP-400®)
 Standardized photography
 Measure of dermis density with a high-frequency ultransound
 Global efficiency score (0 to 10) done by the subjects.
