ENTENTE : RÉSIDENT / OCCUPANT TEMPORAIRE
AGREEMENT: RESIDENT / TEMPORARY OCCUPANT
Il est entendu que l'occupant temporaire doit s'inscrire au registre du
Service du logement et des congrès (ci-après appelé le « SL ») au moyen
d'une fiche d'inscription dûment remplie.
The temporary occupant must register with Housing and Conventions
Service (hereinafter referred to as "HS") by submitting a duly completed
registration form.
Il est entendu que le résident doit libérer les lieux durant la période de
sous-location. Le résident consent à rendre les clés et la carte-clé au
Service de logement qui les remettra à l'occupant temporaire. Les clés sont
déclarées perdues si elles ne sont pas disponibles à temps pour le
remplacement. *
The resident must vacate the room during the sublet period and must hand
in the access card and the keys to HS for retrieval by the temporary
occupant. The access card and keys are considered lost if they are not
available in time for the replacement. *
Il est entendu qu’au terme de la période de sous-location, l'occupant
temporaire doit, sans autre avis, libérer les lieux et les laisser dans un état
convenable de propreté. Il doit rendre ses clés et la carte-clé au SL, sans
quoi elles sont déclarées perdues. *
Durant la sous-location, le résident continue d'être responsable du paiement
des droits de résidence et de l'état des lieux.
L'occupant temporaire déclare avoir reçu et lu les règlements qui
s'appliquent à l'occupation d'une chambre en résidence, s'engage à les
respecter et est assujetti aux sanctions qui y sont prévues en cas de
violation.
Advenant, durant la période de sous-location, que des dommages soient
imputables à la conduite ou à la négligence de l'occupant temporaire ou de
ses invités, l’occupant s'engage à en assumer l'entière responsabilité
envers le résident.
Cette entente est nulle si elle ne se fonde pas sur une permission préalable
obtenue de l'Université d'Ottawa (SL). Les résidents de l'unité doivent
rencontrer le remplaçant. Une copie dûment remplie du formulaire de
confirmation de rencontre et de la présente entente doivent être remis au
SL.
Without further notice, the temporary occupant agrees to vacate the
premises, to leave them well cleaned and to hand in the access card and
keys to HS at the end of the sublet period. The access card and keys are
considered lost if they are not returned in time. *
During the sublet period, the resident remains fully responsible for the
payment of residence fees and for the state of repair and cleanliness of the
premises.
The temporary occupant confirms that he or she has received and read the
rules of room occupation in residence, agrees to abide by them and
accepts the applicable sanctions if the rules are broken.
If damage is caused by the temporary occupant’s conduct or negligence, or
that of his/her guests, during the sublet period, the occupant agrees to
assume full responsibility and pay the resident for such damage.
This agreement is void if the resident has not obtained prior permission from
the University of Ottawa (HS). The Meeting Confirmation form must also
be completed by the other residents of the unit. Completed copies of both
this agrement and the Meeting Confirmation form must be returned to HS.
* Substantial charges apply whenever the access card or the keys are lost.
