INVITATION TO TENDER NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTED N ° 1/2015
The Center National of Documentation Press and Information (CNDPI) launches an invitation
to national and international restricted tender for the conclusion of a contract for the
acquisition, installation and commissioning of equipment relating to an audiovisual station
and a photo laboratory.
The project consists of the following lots:
Lot 1: audiovisual Station
Lot 2: Photo Laboratory
This invitation to national and international deals is restricted and is addressed to the
specialized companies in the field of supply of audio-visual equipment.
And non-specialized companies having already executed at least one (01) market in the area
of provision of audiovisual equipment.
Companies interested in this call for national and international restricted tender, may tender
for one (01) lot or two lots.
The specifications can be removed on presentation of a written application to:

Against payment of a non refundable sum of Five thousand dinars (5.000,00 DA) to CNDPI
bank account, number: 00 400 101 401 70915 01 59 for domestic bidders and its equivalent in
Euro, to the account currency CNDPI , number: 00 400 101 457 00080 51 73 for foreign
bidders.
These accounts are opened with the Popular Credit of Algeria (CPA) 101 Didouche Agency
Mourad At 5, Rue Ali Boumendjel - Algiers
Tenders must be accompanied by the documents required under Presidential Decree No.
10.236 of October 7, 2010, amended and supplemented, on the regulation of public
procurement and presented according to the requirements of Article 9 of shit loads.
The financial offer inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and the
object of the tender and the words "financial offer". Both offers (technical and financial) are
put in an anonymous envelope containing the following:

And will be filed at the address indicated above.
The date submission of tenders is sixty days (60) at midday (12:00) from the date of first
publication of the notice of tender in the BOMOP or national newspaper. If this date falls on a
holiday or legal rest day, the date for submission of bids will be postponed to the nest
working day by midday (12:00).
The public opening of bids will take place the same day at (14: 00) at the headquarters of
CNDPI to the address indicated above, in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives.
The tenderers will remain committed by their offers for a period of ninety (90) calendar days
from the date of bid opening.
